I don't think you can trade the shadow lugia over. It has to be purified first, so it will only be a regular lugia.

Anyway, I may be interested in the shiny lugia. Are they legit? If so, what are you looking for?

When Shadow Lugia is purified, you are right. But it isn't completely normal. It knows Psycho Boost, which can only be known to that Lugia.
