Pokemon 90s Toys

I had a Pokedex, like, had all the 150 original Pokemon. It was pretty big and the screen wasnt in colour. But it had like, some info, a small animation and a moveset for that pokemon.
I also had a Squirtle bottle, with a straw 8D
Loads of plushies and figures.

Man I had loads of stuff, I can't remember them all though.

I had some pencils, plushies, and a PokeDex. Man, those were the days!

I had a spoon with Chikorita on it and when you press a button on it it talks lol. I think I got it by sending in box tops or something. Why did I pick Chikorita? I have no clue lol.

I favorite stuff from the 90s...Definitely the stuff with black-faced Jinx on it. Still have stickers and cards with it from that time. Also a Pikachu plushie and two little figures. A lot of small stuff actually, more than I want to count right now. All safe here.

OMG i have that same burger king pokeball. i dont get why they recalled it. you just have to be smart when playing with toys...
When little children (think toddlers) were playing with them, if they cupped it over their mouths and noses it could suffocate them. :( That's why they were recalled/discontinued. It's not even the parents' fault in that case, either, so you can't even chalk it up to bad parenting instead. :(

It sucks because I rather liked those Pokéballs and they were a good size to compare to actual ones.

Did anyone have the Pokemon 3-D Trivia Challenge Books? I'm looking through the old Pokemon website and seeing some products I've never heard of before. Pokemon Live was to have a VHS release.

Does anyone else remember those Burger King Pokeball toys that were recalled?

Holy crap!! I remember those!! My brother and I had one each. We've unfortunately lost the gold-foil card things that came with them, but I never really cared for them anyways. I still have mine laying around in storage somewhere. XD

I was 11 when I got into Pokemon, so I was a little old for toys, but I did manage to collect all four of those KFC plushies (Dratini, Vulpix, Seel, and Zubat), and I also had a Pikachu keychain with a small pokeball to store it in. :D

If it counts, I once made a Pikachu sculpture out of legos. I was so proud of myself that I kept it intact for about a year or two before I deconstructed it. XD

I used have alot of Pokemon teddy bears when I was young, good old memories.

Had a few other tiny pokemon toys aswell.

Ahhhhh nostalgia! ^_^

I still have all my stuff from back then. There was no way I was about to let that stuff go! Even at like age 8, I realised how much freaking money went into all that. Action figures, plushies, the BK balls(I think I got all four), cards, stickers, colouring books, Christmas ornaments, pencils, binders, folders, stickers(I remember you used to get these suckers at the store and they came with these long pieces of paper that had Pokemon them...I have like all those...>_>), I even have a ziplock bag of Pokemon shaped macaroni in there somewhere!! Not to mention, every cereal box Pokemon was on. Ever. Probably. XD

Oh, and my beloved Gengar backpack I got for like ten cents at a salvation army store.

I never got the Pokedex though!! Our stores were always sold out, and the one time they had one, my mom went to get it for me, and a little boy snatched it up before she could get it. That made me sad. =(

I only have a few remnants of what I had back in the 90s, sadly. My parents got rid of the rest.

I used to have the most ADORABLE Bulbasaur pencil sharpener. It was a little Bulbasaur, and you stuck the pencil in the top of the bulb (the opening) to sharpen it. <3 I miss it.

I also used to have basically all of the Burger King toys. All I have now is my beloved Shellder (I have a Slowpoke too, but I don't count it really cuz it's only the slowpoke part, it's missing its launcher or something.)

I have a Mew action figure type thing that my parents got for me in California. It's probably about 8 inches tall. It's made of plastic but has rubbery hands and tail. My brother got a little 3-inch Lugia at the same time, which I have also.

I used to have the Horsea keychain someone mentioned above. It was mini and came in a pokeball. I used to take baths with it, and eventually the paint chipped away.

I have a few more odds and ends figures, but I miss the most my Burger King toys. I'm kind of hoping to one day come across a bag of them all that my parents were keeping, but it's doubtful.

I was born in 1995 and I don't think I got into it until i was 4 or 5. But I do remember having heaps of bath toys, which include clefairy, clefable and some other pokemon I can't remember, which I would have got passed down from my older brothers. The earliest pokemon toy i remember having when I was a fan is my electronic pikachu, it made all the little pikachu noises lol. I loved it, but one day I took it to a park and forgot to take it home. Went back 5 mins later with dad and it was gone.
I have a pikachu dish too, I'm not sure when we got it, but pikachu has his kanto style. And I have a Charmelien figurine, it says on his foot that its made in 1997. I traded it with a friend a few years ago, it only cost me a little toy, which i think I got out of a machine
