Pokemon Adventures- Gold and Silver

(Whoa, didn't see the bunnying coming. Guess you couldn't wait a couple days)

Murray sent out his Gastly.
"Gaaaasss..." he said upon getting out of his Pokéball.
"Well, I think I'll call you Shadow. And I'll make sure you don't bother anyone else, okay?"
"Gassss" Shadow responded nodding.
"Good. Now this here is Totodile. That girl over there is Raine, and the boy next to her is Tristan. You should apologise to them."
"Gaaasss" Shadow said meaning "Okay" and as he began to move towards Raine and Tristan, Murray saw somebody else approach the group.
"Gasssss...Gasssstlyyyyy..." Shadow said to Tristan and Raine, meaning "I'm sorry for giving you nightmares...I'll never do that again..."

(Whoa, didn't see the bunnying coming.)

(X_X... but anyway, this is gonna be a long post, because I've been looking forward to do this.)

~Later~

After Gastly's apolology, Raine resting, and Marcus's introduction, Tristan was looking around the city with Iceberg. He felt that he needed to do something before challenging the Gym Leader of Violet City. He saw some signs around the city for 'The Ruins of Alph'. Apparently it was some sort of Tourist Attraction. Maybe that was what he needed to visit.

Tristan went to Route 31, because the signs/ads said the entrance to the place was basically right beside the entrance to Route 31. It was. I'll be back soon, they won't notice... The entrance was empty. Not even the guard was there. But the place didn't look like it was closed, so he went in any way.

There was a really creepy feeling about the place. He didn't know what it was. And, the place was completely silent, so he was startled when some man ran out of one of the caves, he saw panic on his face. "What's going on?!" Tristan immediately asked. The man was panting and told him the Unown in there were freaking out.
That just made Tristan more curious, so he entered the cave. He was right. The Unown were flying everywhere, all of them making their cry over and over. He had no idea why they were doing that, but they kept running into/hitting Tristan and Iceberg, so he had to do something about it. "Iceberg, use Bubble!" So he did. His Bubble had grown stronger since the last time. It knocked out a few Unown, but that just made the others freak out even more. They kept running into him and Iceberg, chipping into Iceberg's health bit by bit. Tristan decided to call him into his Pokeball so he wouldn't be worn out later. He felt a couple of battles coming up.
He started to run through the cave, managing to dodge some of the Unown, but he still kept getting hit.

A bit deeper into the cave, he saw some of the Unown attacking something. There were so many of them that he couldn't see what they were attacking, but he saw a shine coming from it. Finally, he saw some flames knocking away the Unown until whatever it was, was free. Tristan looked at it. A completely yellow Charmeleon. A shiny Pokemon!
"So you're what's been causing the Unown to freak out," Tristan smiled. You could read from his face he was aiming to catch the Charmeleon. He threw out Iceberg's Pokeball. "Go! Iceberg!" Iceberg appeared. "Iceberg, we're going for our first catch!" Tristan told him. So he repeated his name and nodded. "Keep using growl, like you did in the battle with Raine and Spark!"
But he only finished one growl before the Charmeleon used a scratch on him. It was fast, and strong.
Iceberg took a fair amount of damage. "Heh. Use Bubble!" Tristan told Iceberg. He did, but after that, Charmeleon was charging up a Dragon Rage. That was bad.

(I don't feel like explaining the whole battle, so we'll skip to the end.)
Iceberg was worn down, and the Charmeleon was still strong. Right when Charmeleon was about to use another Dragon Rage that would finish Iceberg off, Iceberg's whole body started glowing with energy. "He's evolving..." He smiled. "Perfect." Iceberg's shape was changing slowly, and then it stopped. The glowing wore off, and Piplup was now a Prinplup. Tristan smiled. "Way to go, Iceberg. You can do this!" Tristan then took out his Pokedex to see what new moves his Prinplup had learned. Metal Claw, and it's Bubble had powered up to BubbleBeam. "Alright. Iceberg, use Bubblebeam, then strike it down with Metal Claw." Iceberg shot more Bubbles from its beak, but these bubbles were glowing with more radiance and power. They were also a bit faster. They hit the Charmeleon hard, and he fell to his knee. He looked back up just to see Iceberg Metal Claw him, and he fell down.
"Good, Iceberg..." He then threw a Pokeball. It shook a few times... and then, the button on the Pokeball glowed. Succesful catch. Tristan called Iceberg back and picked up Charmeleon's Pokeball.

The Unown were still freaking out. They were calmer, but still freaking out. Tristan decided to explore some more. He heard someone's voice. But he was only mumbling things like "Hmm..." or "Interesting..." he followed the voice. He saw someone with a black and red outfit on. Actually, more like armor. He had very spiky hair. When the person turned around, realizing Tristan, he saw that the man had a letter on his chest piece. 'S'. That's familiar... Hmm.. got it! He's from my flashback/dream! When he remembered that, he felt anger toward him.

"Yes?" The man simply replied.
"Y-you..." Tristan glared. He didn't finish his sentence. He only had one response he could think of. Time to put this Pokemon to the test... He threw Charmeleon's Pokeball, and he came out.
"Oh. That was my Charmeleon. Ah, doesn't matter anyway. It ran away from me, but I don't care. It's stupid. Worthless. That's all it will ever be."
Charmeleon's eyes glowed red, and he charged at the man without Tristan's command.
The man threw a Pokeball, and a Pidgey came out. But the Pidgey had all dark feathers, and there was a disturbing emptiness in his eyes.

(Like before, I wanna skip this battle. I just want this post done with, because I've been typing it for like an hour and a half. xD)

"It doesn't matter." He said. "I was just using that Pokemon to protect myself while I finished this task. I have stronger Pokemon, trust me. After all, I've finished my task. So for now, I bid you farewell." The man just walked away. Tristan seemed too paralyzed by now to say anything or stop him.
Then, he looked at the wall. The man had been setting the Unowns onto the wall to form a picture. Not words, but a picture. It looked like some sort of Pokemon. Tristan had never heard of or seen this Pokemon. He pulled out his Pokedex. It started to explain the Unowns, but he already knew so much about Unowns, so he just hit his Pokedex to make it stop explaining. "No, I mean the Pokemon they're forming."
The Pokedex answered by saying, "Unknown Pokemon" and that was all. He sighed. He decided to leave. The Unown had calmed down now, and after he examined some of the walls, he noticed the man had been studying the place too.

Tristan left and went back to Violet City. Then, he looked at the Pokeball of his newly caught Pokemon. "Hmm... I'll call you Darkfire." He said. He smiled, knowing how lucky he was to have caught a shiny. Then he put the Pokeball back in his bag and picked up his amulet. (The one he was talking to at Cherrygrove)

"I caught my own Pokemon now, and my Piplup evolved into Prinplup..." he told it. "I think I saw one of the people who was in on it..." he said. He didn't say anything else, and put it back in his bag.

(Ugh, finally. It took me almost two hours to post this xD)

Raine was fast asleep in her room a the Pokemon center Spark keeping a watchful eye over her. After about an hour Spark looked up and saw a man dressed in white and black with a red R on his shirt. Spark quickly woke Raine up. "Wh...What is it?" Raine asked before she felt someone grab her. "LET ME GO!" she yelled struggling in the Team Rocket Grunts grip.

"I won't. It's time you pay for what you big brother did" he said putting a cloth over her mouth with Chloroform on it. Raine struggled but fell subject to the drug falling unconcious and after the grunt left with her Spark ran quickly out in search of one of his trainers friends. "PI! PICHU! PICHU PICHU!" Spark yelled upon seeing Tristan.

Tristan saw Spark panicking. "What is it, Spark?" He asked. He couldn't quite understand what he was saying. But he knew something was wrong, especially since he wasn't with Raine. He saw the Pichu pointing to something. He looked in that direction, and he saw a road leading to a tall tall asian looking tower that loomed above the city. Tristan nodded. He knew what he had to do. He started running toward the tower.

Spark ran off in search of Murray so Tristan could have backup. "PICHU! PICHU! PICHU!" Spark yelled spotting Murray and Totodile meaning Riane's in Danger! She's been kidnapped!

With Raine

Raine groaned waking up she had no idea where she was and her head hurt. "Wh..what did I d..d.do to you!" she yelled sensing the mans presence.

"Not you. Your big brother for foiling our plan even though we already killed him. I can cause him pain from beyond the grave by driving you insane." the grunt said calling out his Pokemon.

"No! You can't!" Raine yelled franticly her yelling heard outside the tower.

"I can and will now be a good girl and shut up!" The grunt roared slapping her across the face hard before saying "You'll be trapped in you own mind until Banette faints. Now Banette use Nightmare on her"

"Ban! Ette!" the Pokemon said using the move on Raine trapping her in her mind were she was hearing all of her fears she immedietly started screaming.

"Come on!" Joey whined at his Vulpix. The multi-tailed fox had glued its nose to every damn flower that the duo passed, and seemed to enjoy observing all the wild Pokemon dwelling in the grass or trees by sitting and tilting its head. This lack of movement was driving Joey insane. They had just passed through Cherrygrove without stopping except for the curious Vulpix to stare at the town, and Joey could see a group of travelers in the distant path- they were catching up with everyone else!

In response to Joey's whiney command, Vulpix huffed out of its nose stubbornly, which blew the yellow flower it had been inhaling back violently. After all, the two partners had ended up with directly opposing personalities- Joey hasty and impatient, and Vulpix relaxed and curious.

"Come on, please?" he tried desperately. If a Pokemon could smirk, Vulpix sure did. It hopped lightly onto all fours and trotted to its owner. Thankfully, Joey started jogging again, wiping the anxious sweat off of his forehead. But it wasn't long before another interruption ignited. Suddenly, Vulpix quit running next to Joey...again. But this time seemed different. The Pokemon didn't look particularly curious or stubborn, but entranced. Its eyes fogged over, and it began walking into the grass that surrounded the path with its legs awkwardly stretched to the side. But then it hit Joey too. His nostrils were in heaven; it smelled like scented laundry detergent, or air spray or something, but ten times sweeter and purer. He followed Vulpix into the grass, not because he was under the scent's spell, but out of sheer curiosity. Talk about hypocritical.

Before the source presented itself, poor Vulpix was smacked across the face by a long, slender vine. It whimpered as it hit the ground.

"Vulpix!" Frantically Joey ran to his Pokemon and cradled it in his arms before two vines wrapped around the fox and ripped it out of his hands.

"Vulpix!" His voice was distraught and cracked on the second syllable. "Vulpix! Ember on the whips! Please please PLEASE!" The little Pokemon was obviously in pain as it was squeezed and wrung out by some mysterious whips, but it still managed to bark out some flaming flurries, which caused an immediate withdrawl of its attackers long, long arms. Then a plant-looking Pokemon leaped out of the long grass. Deviating to his Pokedex, Joey learned that the cruel menace was a Bellsprout. It wore an expression of pure fury on its bell-shaped face, and it tried another Vine Whip attack.

"Singe 'em!" Joey ordered, having regained some confidence. He had the type advantage. Vulpix, obedient and understanding, torched the green extension of the Bellsprout with Ember. "Now hit his body!" Without stopping the attack, Vulpix directed its flames to the Bellsprout's stringy body, which sent it flying backwards and defeated. Joey laughed and ran to hug his Pokemon, but the little thing whimpered. It had scrapes all over. Back to Cherrygrove.

Murray heard saw Tristan and Spark running somewhere, and had the feeling something was wrong, so he ran after them, with Totodile and Shadow running after him

"Tristan, dude, wait up!" he said sounding worried "What's going on?"

He saw they were running towards an old-looking tower.

Wonder what's going on there...

Suddenly he realised something...

Hold on...If Tristan and Raine's Pichu were running towards there...Where's Raine? Oh, no...I think she's there, and in danger!

"Diledile!" Totodile yelled to Pichu, meaning "What's the matter, man?"

But Shadow stayed silent and had a serious expression on his face that didn't change at all as he hovered to keep up with his trainer.

The grunt smirked watching her thrash on the ground as she screamed. Raine had a dark bruise on the side of her face from when he smacked her. "Go on. Scream no one can save you now" he laughed

Shadow could hear a scream from inside the tower. But he recognised that voice...it was from...the girl he apologised to.

"Gaaaaassssss?..." he said to Totodile, meaning "Did you hear that?"
"Diledile...Toto?" the Water-Pokémon responded, meaning "No...what did you hear?"
"I heard a scream from inside the tower...I think it's that girl I apologised to!" Shadow said in his "words" and heard another scream. "There is it again, can you hear it?"
"Oh, you're right I can hear it now! And it's that Raine girl, we gotta save her!" Totodile said in Pokémon language.
"Should I try to tell your trainer about this?" Shadow said
"Nah. Murray's smart. He's probably figured that out already. Let's just focus on getting there." Totodile responded
Shadow nodded and the two regan to move faster towards the old tower.

"Hey guys wait up!" Murray said to his Pokémon and ran faster to catch up with them, as they began to run (or float) ahead of him.

Spark heard Raine screaming and he ran faster "Pi Pichu!" he yelled back meaning It's Team Rocket!. Spark was worried and scared for his Trainer knowing she was still unstable from her nightmares the night before he was scared at how this was going to affect her.

(Just for fun, I'll narrate this from Totodile's point of view)

I was running along with Shadow the Gastly and Murray, my trainer and friend. After Shadow and I figured out Raine was in danger inside that tall tower, we began to move faster, and heard Pichu tell me something

"It's Team Rocket!" he said.

"I don't know who they are...but I'm helping. You might need some backup, and we're here for that, right, Shadow?"

"You guys stay...I'm gonna do this..." he said in a gloomy tone.
"What are you saying?" I said to him.
Has he lost his mind?
"I'm saying I'll go. I feel I need to do this...as a way of redeeming myself...Farewell..." he said as he zoomed and got inside the tower through the wall. I tried to tell him not to go, but he had already left. Then I heard Murray shout.
"Shadow, what are you doing? Wait up!"he said in a nervous tone and sped up. I was a bit tired from running, but I sped up too. I had to help my friend no matter what.

"Banette make the nightmares worse" The grunt ordered smirking as Raine's screams grew louder.

"NO! STOP!" She screamed her nightmare that he was killing her friends.

"It won't unitl Banette faints" the grunt said to himsefl smirking as he kicked her hard in the side.

(Now from Shadow's point of view)

I dashed through the city and entered that tower. It was dark. I liked that. I saw the girl being attacked by a doll-looking Pokémon, and moved through the dark to get a good vantage point to strike. An evil looking man was ordering that Pokémon, who he called Banette, to increase the damage on the girl. I looked at them angirly, but I had to wait for the moment to hit. But when the girl began to scream louder and the human kicked her, saying it won't stop until it fainted, I just couldn't hold it anymore. I prepared one of my best Confuse Rays ever and launched it at the Bannette.

Now it's time to knock that big bully out.

I began to quietly move towards the evil human and when moved around his head to wrap it with my gassy body.

"Take that, you jerk...That's for messing with that girl..." I said to him, but wasn't sure he would understand...Not only because he didn't understand my words, but because he looked dizzy and about to pass out.
I could hear my friends getting closer to the tower, but I wouldn't let that distract me from my goal...

I heard the evil human say it was too late and that the damage had already been done before he passed out on the floor smirking. I looked at the Banette, who had no intention of stopping.
Oh, no...My Confuse Ray must've missed...
Then I recall the evil human say that it wouldn't stop until it fainted. So there was only one thing left to do...
I used Lick on it, but it didn't seem to do much damage. And it seemed to be focused on torturing that poor girl. I tried to knock it out the same way i knocked out the man, but it didn't seem to be affected.
This can't be good...I need help...Come on, guys, hurry up!
I kept using my Lick attack on the Banette to try to damage it a little bit, but again it looked like it did nothing. It was too strong...

Spark ran in just as the man collapsed "Pichuuuu!!!" Spark yelled angrily using thunderbolt on the Pokemon causing it to faint. Once it did Raine's eyes shot open she was still screaming.

I was about to drop, how ironic as I'm always floating, when I heard a Pichu come in and faint that Banette with a Thunderbolt. I looked at it in shock.

Whoa, that one's strong...Pretty strong...But now it's time to make that guy pay.

"You like making defenseless people suffer, eh? Torment them using bad thoughts? Let's see how YOU like it..." I said to him, and began using Nightmare on him.

At first it seemed to do nothing, but then the evil man began to scream and convulse.

"There. Take that. You had it coming..." I said to the guy, who clearly couldn't hear me. But it was a good way to realease that anger. All of a sudden I heard someone come in. I turned around and saw Totodile, my trainer and some other guy that was with them. They looked a bit tired, especially Totodile and my trainer, I think Murray was his name.

I stopped and went towards them. I told Totodile that it was over, and he smiled, probably glad because the girl was safe, but looked a bit disappointed because he didn't get to fight. But when I looked at Murray, he looked mad. He was staring at the evil man, who was all dressed in black with some red symbol on his chest.

"Y-You..." he said angrily and kicked him in the stomach. "Totodile, use Water Gun on him!"

As he said this Totodile blasted some water from his mouth and woke up the man.

He was going to get up, but I used Lick and immobilized him under my trainer's command.

"Why are you here?! And why are you messing with my friends?! Already tired of messing with me?!" he said, kicking him again.

...I didn't know this Murray guy could hate someone so much...He doesn't look the same...And I don't know him for long...

Raine trembled hearing Murray yell and she started sobbing hard. "Pichu" Spark said worriedly going to her side as she cried.

"This is all Revenge. I've done my part just look at the state the little brat is in." The grunt said through the pain.
