Pokemon: An Epic Journey. (PG 16)

(Just saying, we're in the city not the forest :) and I'm not gonna fight you just yet, I was hoping the RP would develop a little further before that? Is that okay? :) )

Olivia continued walking, Dratona catching up to slither beside her. The Commander looked down on her Dragonair with adoration, which the Pokemon reciprocated. Her glass stilettos glittered in the moonlight, her coat trailed behind her on the cobbles. Her stride oozed with power. And it was good.

"Give it back! It doesn't belong to you!"
The voice of a defiant young girl echoed through the empty street, breaking Olivia out of her reverie. The proud woman kept on walking, not giving the child her time. It was only when the cry of a Lucario was heard that she finally stopped.

Olivia turned to face the opponent, smirking slightly. The sight of the determined child wasn't something she was about to take seriously.
"Oh, well aren't you ballsy? Little kid wants to play with the big leagues, huh?" She chuckled softly, Dratona slinking over her shoulders once more.
"I'm sorry, I don't play with mice."

Olivia continued on her way, Dratona acting like a scaled boa. Stupid kid. Does she not know who I am?

Felix Rigatto
Cianwood City

Felix heard his alarm clock ringing quite loudly. Felix wasn't in the mood to wake up but he knew he had to meet an associate in Olivine City. Felix stepped into the shower and began showering. Once he finished, he stepped out and put his suit on. Felix turned off his alarm clock and walked down the stairs. Felix then walked over to his fridge and opened it up. Felix grabbed a bottle of Coca-Cola and closed the fridge. Felix opened the bottle and began drinking. Felix walked outside and released his Charizard from its Pokeball.
" Charizard, use fly," Felix ordered as he climbed on Charizard's back. The Charizard began flying into the sky, checking to make sure Felix stayed on Charizard's back. Within a short time of flying, Felix saw the buildings of Olivine City.

Tori watched the woman walk away. "I thought you would be strong enough to fight me but never mind!" Tori shouted at the woman. Tori and her Lucario carried the hurt man to safety. She went through the city and found the pokemon center. She gave him to nurse Joy so nurse Joy could heal him. "Poor guy, Tori thought, he had a black, swollen eye, and was hit with a Hyper Beam." Tori and her Lucario went out to buy food for the man. Tori and the Lucario were getting berries and water for him. They returned to the Pokemon Center. She saw the man in the bed with an ice bag over his black eye. She put the berries she had gotten in a bag and set them on the table beside him. Then Tori and her Lucario went outside to see if they could spot anymore Team Crystal members or any Team Stargazer members. Then she remembered something: She had a meeting with all on her side. She returned her Lucario back to his pokeball and sent out her Charizard. "Charizard, let's head for Cherrygrove City!" Tori said as her and her Charizard took off torwards Cherrygrove.

Felix Rigatto
Olivine City

Charizard slowly descended towards Olivine City. The cool breeze swiftly flew through the City. Felix landed and put his Charizard in it's Pokeball. Felix walked around Olivine until he saw the Johto Joe's Coffee shop. Felix walked in, and soon enough, he saw his associate. Felix nodded at the associate and walked up to the front counter.
" One large Caramel Latte," Felix asked the barista.
"Sure thing. $2.72 please," the Barista responded. Felix gave the Barista the money and he was handed his coffee. He thanked the Barista and sat down at the table where his associate was.
" Mr.August, get these flunkies out of here," Felix demanded.
" These are my men," Mr.August retorted.
" They stay."
" Please, Mr. August. There are things I don't tell my men. I'd request you'd do the same," Felix responded.
" Fine. Men, leave,' Mr. August responded.
" Here. Info is in the envelope," Felix said, handing Mr. August a envelope.
" You know what to do. You get $300 bucks a Pokemon. Am I clear," Felix asked.
" Yea. I got it under control," Mr. August replied.
" If anyone asks, you ain't workin' for me," Felix addressed. Mr. August left the Coffee shop, leaving Felix alone. Felix decided he should deploy more forces at Goldenrod City.

Lilly was already awake, she was on a chair at her desk thinking while twisting a 50cent coin. next to a paper "The question sais what rout is near to Cherygrove city... umm"Thought Lilly to herself.
Lilly stood up and shoved away the papers,"Boy, I hate poke'quizzes,"Said Lilly out loud, Lilly went out of her room and down to the kitchen, she took a already made sandwich on the kitchen table.
Lilly put the sand which in her mouth and went over the the front door, she took a purple vest with two pockets and a button, Lilly put the sandwich out of her mouth while taking a bite and swallowing it too,"Bye mom be back soon!"shouted Lilly,"Bye Bye honey have a safe trip"said a soft voice aka Lilly's mom.
Lilly opened the door and went to the porch, she took another bite from the sandwich,"Go Eevee!"said Lilly flicking a pokeball out of her hand revealing a sparkling light then a cute little brown pokemon, "Eevee!"said The pokemon aka Eevee.
"Come on Eevee were gona be late."Said Lilly,
The two went running off at the streets of Cherygrove city.

The streets of Goldenrod bustled with people, as per usual on any morning. The city was much busier in the cold light of day, but Olivia strode through the crowds, parting them without much difficulty. Of course, the 13 ft dragon around her neck was to thank for that. She walked past the alleyway she had visited the previous night without much concern; the alley was as deserted as expected, not a police car in sight.

Olivia slunk into the underground path, out of the crowded streets. She stroked Dratona's head affectionately before venturing through the quiet tunnel. Her heels echoed loudly through the pathway, causing a few people to look her way. Nothing to worry about Olivia thought to herself. Mainly waifs and strays.
Indeed, the underground attracted the oddballs of Johto; the mad scientists, the PokeManiacs, those dreadful Haircut Brothers. The Team Crystal Commander veered off down a side path, ensured that nobody was following her. Arriving at a heavy metal door, she pulled out a key card and slid it through the slot by the handle. A small click told her the door was now open, and so Olivia fixed the collar of her coat and waltzed in.

"Ah, Ms. Franco. Lovely to see you again."
The insincere, snivelling voice met Olivia's ears. Fighting the urge to roll her eyes, the woman turned to face a long-nosed, slick haired man who was stooping low in some desperate attempt of respect.

"Cut the crap, Grosvenor. Where's Barker? Send him to my office, immediately."
Without waiting for a response, Olivia continued on her way, meandering through the uniform-clad members of Team Crystal.

Lilly and Eevee were running across the streets of Cherygrove city, Lilly and Eevee made a turn running right next to a forest,"Eve??"said Eevee curiously moving her head,"What's wrong Eevee?"asked Lilly as she looked down at the little pokemon, Eevee's ear started to twitch and ran into the forest.
"Eevee come back now we have a exam!"shouted Lilly,
Lilly turned her head to look around, then suddenly Lilly ran in the forest,"Eevee where are you!"exclaimed Lilly pushing leaves away from her face.
Lilly kneeled down for a rest and breathed hard,"I hope i dont loose Eevee like i lost my real mother"Lilly thought to herself.
A second later Lilly heard a bush rattle, she imediatly looked up and followed the sound to where the bush rattled.

Route 32, 11:30 AM.

Hiding within the foliage of the landscape, Shwartz lay hidden and well camouflaged. With a small group of three rookie trainers hiding with him, one next to him and the other two across the road hiding in a similar fashion, he lied silently as he peered through a pair of binoculars. Intelligence provided information that there was to be a small envoy of Crystal members heading from Violet city to a small encampment in the Union caves with a fresh batch of stolen pokemon they plan to 'free' from the Pokemon Center.

Believing Pokemon to be a danger, he would not allow this to take place on his watch. Team Crystal's goal was irresponsible, and to free all Pokemon and allow them to do as they pleased would only further endanger the lives of the innocent. They had to be contained, their numbers needed to be controlled, and the people allowed to handle them needed to be more experienced.

The rookies Felix assigned to him for this mission were anything but the battle hardened men Shwartz had commanded in the past, but injuries and reassignments saw him commanding a bunch of FNG's yet again. To keep an eye on the trainers, the Stargazer commander had his Kadabra constantly reading the minds of the team, and was a telepathic radio between all party members. At his side was his Ryhorn, who was taking a nap while it waited for her trainer to give a command. In the trees was his Scyther, who was hopping from tree to tree out of boredom, trying to keep itself active.

Hours of waiting proved to be fruitful when a Tauros pulled wagon came into view. Alerted by Kadabra, every man on the team kept sharp and awaited for Swartz' signal. The Flare awaited patiently for the target to come into his direct line of sight. There was one driver, a passenger riding shotgun, and another in the back of the wagon guarding a small chest, all wearing the garments of Team Crystal.

"Well now, it seems I owe the intel team a little more credit than I give them." he joked lowly to himself. Slapping the Ryhorn on the hide, the large rock Pokemon stood up, it's broad shoulders warping the shape of some small branches hanging lowly from the trees. In a fury, she rushed forward, out from the trees and stampeded towards the wooden wagon. Unable to react quick enough to release any Pokemon for a defensive attack, the men on top the wagon could only run from charging Pokemon's set course. She splintered the side with her sharp and sturdy horn, with the force knocking the wagon on its side. The Tauros, having been attached to the wagon with restraints, flailed about on it's side as it tried to regain a standing position.

Ryhorn stared down the enemy Team members who had now started to grab Pokeballs from their belts. At this point, Shwartz's men had started to run out of their hiding spots with him, releasing their own Pokemon to ambush the members of Crystal. Already out of his Pokeball, Scyther had already begun his attack against the enemy, knocking down one man in a charge meant to slow the time it took for the Crystal members to release their Pokemon.

Kadabra stayed back from the fight, feeding his master with a constant stream of information about the battles going on around him. The Tauros had escaped its reigns and started to charge everyone, becoming a threat to both sides. One of the Crystal men had recalled it to save his team, but in the moment it took to do so, Swhartz had taken out a baton and struck him bluntly across the face, sending him to the floor in agony. When the poor young man tried to get up and continue the fight, the Flare hit him again with the baton, this time in the leg to ensure he stayed down.

With one Trainer out of the fight, things were looking good as those Pokemon under his control were now without direction, and started to fight on instinct as opposed to actual strategy. An enemy Heracross started to square off with Scyther, with the strategy of both bugs being clearly different due to their strengths and differences in body shape. While the giant beetle's strategy was to charge with its massive horns, the large green mantis attempted to skillfully attack with its sword-like appendages to cut at weak spots in the enemy's exoskeleton. In the end, speed outweighed brawn, and the Heracross fell in battle.

With defeat evident, the two members of Team Crystal recalled their Pokemon and made a run for it, leaving their battered comrade behind at the mercy of the Stargazer commander. The men under Shwartz's command wanted to give chase, but the experienced soldier dennied the request telepathically through Kadabra, stating that there could be more of them up ahead, and that they left the chest behind, which was what they were assigned to take.

As the three subordinate's took to securing the chest filled with stolen Pokeballs, Shwartz took a look over at their 'captive.' First and foremost, he took the young man's pokeballs, declawing the detainee from a possible attack. "What to do with you?" he said outloud while stroking his chin. The trainer begged to be let go, stating that without his Pokemon, he was no longer a threat. "Hmm, this is true. It would also slow us down to take your pathetic hide with us. But if I let you go, you could report about our numbers. Then again, your friends that abandoned you so easily could also do that. So I'm going to be generous and allow you to limp back to your Team, on the condition that you tell your leader in the Union Cave that we're going to smoke the lot of you out of your little hiding spots soon enough, so don't get too cozy in there."

Having said all that he needed, Shwartz walked on with his team and met up with Kadabra. "Master, the mission is complete, shall I teleport us back to base?"Gazing at the psychic fox through his sunglasses, Kadabra only needed to read his mind to know that was precisely what he wanted to happen. In a flash of light, all five figures vanished, only to reappear outside a small outpost controlled by Team Stargazer.

Underground base, 12:00 PM.

"Well?" Olivia demanded, as the stocky man opposite her took a seat. Her icy blue eyes penetrated his dull, brown ones as she awaited his reply.
Franco and Barker could not have looked more different. Every inch of Olivia was pale, glamorous and as sharp as a tack, whereas the dark-skinned, balding Barker oozed incompetence. There was full foot's difference in height between the two of them, and it was evident to look at them which was the leader and which the follower.

"We sent a small convoy to Union Cave as you requested, Ms. Franco," Barker's nasally voice answered. "But we hit a, er, snag." His voice became incredibly small, and he visibly braced himself for Olivia's response. The Commander however, remained eerily calm.
"What kind of snag?" Olivia asked quietly, suppressed anger flashing in her eyes. It was far more intimidating to her staff when she spoke softly - that's when they knew they were in real trouble.

"Th-the boys we sent have messaged us and-" Barker gulped involuntarily, "-and they're in a bad shape. Stargazer knew they were coming, the Pokemon have been taken."

Without a word, Olivia stood up. She slowly walked to the door and closed it, before turning on her employee. She stood directly before him, placing her hands firmly on his shoulders. Her voice dropped to nothing more than a whisper.

"Tell me, Mr Barker. Is Team Crystal a competent and efficient establishment?"

"Y-yes, Ms. Franco."

"And my men. Have they served me well in the past?"

"Wh-? Yes, yes of course."

"Okay, I'm glad you agree. So tell me this, Mr Barker. Why is it, that every single time I put you in charge of a task, a simple, easily managed, moron-friendly task, that EVERYTHING GOES UP IN SMOKE AND FLAMES?!"
Olivia shook with rage, her nails digging deep into Barker's fleshy shoulders.
"I- I don't know, Ms -" Barker jabbered, his forehead shining with sweat. "I can, I can try -"

"Try what? Try harder? Try adequacy? Try to not be a complete imbecile for no more than a few seconds so that I don't have to rectify and review every task I give you?!"

Olivia let go of Barker's shoulders, returning to her seat calmly.
"Now I'm sure you know what's coming, Mr Barker. You have seen more than anybody how we deal with incompetence at TC. Do you have a preference as to which one I use?"

"Wha? No, no please, Ms. Franco, I can do better, I promise you! Demote me, anything! Please, I have two child-"

"You know the rules, Mr Barker. Company policy. Now if you have no preference, then I'm happy to decide. No? Okay then. Regis, he's all yours."
At the mention of his name, Olivia's Nidoking burst from his PokeBall, whipping his heavy tail menacingly. He moved towards Barker eagerly, but Olivia held up a hand.

"Please, Regis. Not here. The stains are murder to remove."

"Stop shouting Kid"said a female voice,
"Not until you give me my Eevee back!!!!"shouted Lilly again.
Lilly put her foot out and put her fist up, she looked at Eevee for a moment then started at one of the Stargazer grunts.
"Beat it kid"said another male voice,Lilly turned her head to the direction opf the sound,

Eevee's eyes took some blinks then completely opened.
The grunts started to gather closer at Lilly,"Eek!"shrieked Lilly again,Then suddenly out of nowhere a huge sandstorm came out and into the grunts eyes,"Lilly looked down to cover her eyes and saw that the still injured Eevee was using her move sandstorm,"Thanks Eevee"said Lilly,"Now lets get out of here"replied Lilly, Lilly started to run away out of the forest as Eevee stopped using her sandstorm move, the grunts shook there heads and rubbed there eyes, one of them was already done and was looking at Lilly run away,"Another had got rid of the sand and started to run,"Stop"Said a female grunt she put her arm to block her fellow grunts way,
"What!"shouted the other grunt,"Let her go, I have a feeling it wont be the last time we will be seeing her"said the female grunt again.
