I continued rushing straight for the sandstorm. I didn't need my eyes. I closed them tightly against the oncoming deluge, and continued tearing straght ahead at top speed, my other senses seeming to sharpen as I got rid of one. I didn't really have time to examine it, instead, I simply charged right into the cloud of whirling sands...

Flygon's wings stirred up the storm more vilontly. The sand would prevent smell or hearing from working, and she knew it. After stirring the storm into minature twisters, she took off, not realising that i had slipped off her back and hit the ground, though took no damage. She had been close to the ground before she took off, to my releif.

I dove down, landing next to Rachel, and leaning in close to her. I bend over her, acting as a shield from the sandstorm as it whirled over us.I knew that I could stand the buffeting sand for a while, but I wasn't sure if she could with her softer skin. I took advantage of this oportunity to look at her, and I saw with relief that she didn't seem to be seriously hurt.

I saw Flygon finally notice I wasn't on her back, and turn, and rush at a high speed toward the Scyther. The sand would have made her invisable, and by the time the Scyther would've seen her, it would be too late.By now, there was no thought, just action. I rolled out from under the Scyther and got to my feet, intentionally placing myself between the scyther and Flygon. Flygon reared back when she saw me step in the way, and with a single flap of her wings, moved into a levitating position, calming the storm and becoming visable at the same time. Her angry screech could have been heard for miles around, but I didn't even flinch. I was used to conflicts withen my own team, this was nothing diffrent.

Aura flew out of the cave and used her senses to find the others. She eventually came upon Rachel after being tipped off by Flygon's cry. Aura walked towards them, being wary fo the Flygon. Aura shook her head and wondered what was the matter. Aura walked next to Rachel and began floating in the air next to her. Aura blinked and gazed up at Rachel.

I felt the need to explain what was going on, so I said in a hushed tone "Flygon here is jealous as heck. As you know, she rules the team, but in her eyes, the balence is shifting again." Flygon roared, not willing to strike me, but she wanted to dice the other members of this team badly enough to the point where she would try to get me out of the way...

I nodded, staring down the Flygon. "I don't want to lead any of you." I said in a calm, even tone to her. "The girl is my trainer as well as yours, and you cannot be angry at me for trying to make sure that she was all right." I said, though if she WAS mad, there might be problems. I didn't want to fight the flygon, but if I had to, I would. And I had been watching the flygon very closely, and I thought that if we had to fight, it would turn out very close...

"Mine as well" I said, landing gently. My eyes hardened as I took in both the Scyther and Flygon. I continued "My duty is to her safety, I don't give a **** if you 'lead' the team or not." I ucked my wings back into their protective shell, I didn't need them as things stood and they presented a nice target. "Rachel gave me a chance at revenge. For that, I owe her more than you can possibly imagine."

Flygon was still growling, and finally, she roared, sending a burst of flame while backing off, before finally flying away. "great. now ALL my pokemon are new and virtually untrusted." I muttered, knowing I'd have to go after her and haul her back. With my decision to remove Lanturn from the team, I only had Arcanine. And with Flygon being my most powerful pokemon, it was a risk.

I growled under my breath as she said "new and untrusted." It was understandable from a human point of veiw, I had just been trying to kill her a little bit before, but...My vows were stronger than that. My life was quite literally in her hands. If she wanted me dead, she had but to ask. I didn't speak up, though. No point. She'd figure that out for herself if she already hadn't.

I looked to him, watching for a moment. I couldn't read minds, but just from the growl I could understand that he was slightly... offended, with lack of a better word, from the untrusted bit. I got out Arcanine's pokeball, and noticed it was empty. He must have gotten out to run for a bit. I replaced my pokeball and instead got out a whistle, blowing it in 3 short notes. I knew that Arcanine would hear it and return to my side, but no human could hear it.

I was still rather annoyed, but I supressed the feeling. Or rather, I channeled them into my hatred for my old trainer, heightening my rage, my desire to rip him limb from limb. I said "We should get going Mistress, it's still not entirely safe here."

"For some reason, I'm thinking that if he wants to kill us, he'll stop at nothing. Even that cavern isn't safe. The sooner we wipe the floor with your old trainer, the sooner I can get back into training" I said, closing my eyes. Flygon returned, apparently done venting rage, and hovered a few feet above the ground, behind me. This was a position most trainers saw me in. Relaxed, calm, and with my Flygon poised to attack.

I shifted my weight slightly, and sniffed at the air. I trusted the flygon about as much as she trusted me, but I kept silent. This conversation didn't involve me, and wouldn't until either Rachel commanded it, or it began to involve combat. I knew that she probably trusted the other scyther more because of his vows, and that angered me more than anything else...

"Then let's go" I growled, my ire towards Rachel calmned. Thus, my hatred for my old trainer was once again, on the rise. I lifted into the air, hovering comfortably aboust six feet above the ground. I added in a snarl "I suggest we start at the Ilex Forest, if you don't mind. It's a bit of a flight, we might even need to stop over" I broke off, taking a cursory look at the failing sunlight. "But I think that it'll prove well worth it.

"A BIT of a flight? The only way we'd have to travel farther is if you wanted to look in Viridian forest." I muttered, then climbed onto Flygon's back. I knew that the fastest way would actually be taking the ship to Olivine and flying the rest of the way, but I decided that Ahndrith knew best. Arcanine appeared, and I recalled him to his pokeball, as Flygon levitated into the air as she prepared to take off...

I motioned to the other Scyther with my blade as I followed, asking of it "Watch her back, would you? I'll take point again." Without further word, I darted ahead of Rachel, fully alert again after the poison. Her life might well depend on me. Might I thought briefly, irony tinging the thought. With Chaos, it's a definate thing. With that in mind, I pushed myself to a state still higher alertnedss, redoubling my scanning of the area.

I shivered slightly as Flygon took to the air, following Ahndrith, as it slowly occured to me that we would be traveling over the ocean. and I knew there was an incredibly powerful water legend that existed in the oceans of Hoeen. What I didn't notice was a faint blue glow withen my backpack, as a blue sphere appeared inside seemingly out of nowhere. If i had known it was there, I would have known what was going on: Kyogre was tracking me.

I rose to the air after the two. I felt almost left behind, an unimportant factor to the equation. I almost saw red. I would control my temper, and follow along. They'd see ho 'unimportant' I was soon enough. I wasn't really angry at anyone in paticular, but at the situation, and the seeming injustice of it.
