¿Can somebody help me with some resources?
I need: Pokemon b/w wild pokemon battle mid, b/w victory againist wild pokemon, and a super experienced graphic maker!

? Go into more detail please on what you want. I can't help you without more resources. You say it's not a hack but the programs you are using is actually for hacking.

^No, Pokemon Essentials and RPG Maker XP are an engine and game maker respectively. No hacking is involved.
