OOC: Umm...you haven't even read the sign-up sheet/Plot yet, have you? And isn't the twelwth page kind of a late start?

OOC: Um....I don't know how it is humanly possible for you to sign up now..especially since you haven't done the the Application correctly...if you're worth it I may be able to allow you in.

"Artemis." said Deunan addresing him, his normal happy tone gone. "Whats your status?" asked Deunan, shifting his seat as he spoke through the Supercomputer's vocal system.

Status?, straight to the point and without fuss, that was Deunan he knew, alright. Artemis felt a surge of relief through his body Still second-in-command he thought for himself, before realizing that he should respond.

"I, Orva, and Robin are all fine. We're currently in the caverns but should be out momentarily, as for the rest...I don't know, but I think it's fair to assume that they got out alive...at least we haven't found any bodies yet." he realized that this wasn't a particularly positive report but at least it was accurate, his curiosity had built up though; "And, Deunan? No offence, but I kind of thought you'd be dead under a pile of rocks by now, how on earth did you survive?"

Robin, deciding to be slightly nosing, heard Artemis not only mention the name of their leader, but talk directly to him as well.
"Hah!" Robin said, but not to anyone directly. "So I wasn't imagining something! I'm not crazy!" She couldn't help but beam.

"I can never die twice..." whispered Deunan, in a volume barely able to hear. It was a peculiar phrase that kept coming to him randomly. "Dead? Well I can't explain that but it seemed as if my amulet didn't want me to die...but I'm glad its buried under those rocks..that way it won't drive me mad...even though I think I'm beginning to gain control over it.

Hearing Robin's exclamation, Artemis briefly placed his hand over the mouthpiece of the pok?nav.

"No-one claimed otherwise." he said "Unless it was someone we others didn't see or hear?" not bothering to wait for a reply he resumed his conversation with Deunan, slightly bothered by that odd phrase of his, he wanted to warn Deunan against approaching that bloody amulet, even with a ten-foot barge pole, but there were more pressing issues:

"Deunan, there's something I need to talk to you about, concerning these amulets, but I think it would be better if everyone could attend. For the moment: What are your orders, commander?"

Robin abruptly shut herself up, not wanting to upset Artemis and at the same time wanting to hear more of what Deunan was saying, since she couldn't really hear from the distance she was at.

"I'm stationed here at the Central Mall. I've found squad 16 but squad 18 lost most of its members. Anyway I'll send coordinates to you now. Squad 18 won't give you any trouble as you enter. I've given strict orders to attack only Darklings..I'm sure they can tell the difference..just don't come in in pokemorph form or they may get confused and go gun happy. The others will have to wait for now. Move quickly though...who knows where Darklings lurk." said Deunan. Deunan then clicked the mouse a few times and a map showed up on a side monitor. A small red blip appeared on the screen. "Okay..I know where you are and you should see my location right now." said Deunan.

Robin cocked her head in thought as she listened to Deunan from where she was standing.
Central Mall??? Didn't I buy a shirt there, once? Robin banished the thoughts from her head and snapped back to reality.

"One last thing....don't die out there...and look out for the others..I'm putting their safety in your hands Artemis.." said Deunan, regaining his once lost tone of normality as he hung up. ..

OOC:Happy now? XD

OOC: Yes! XD

IC: Robin frowned, not being able to hear Deunan's last few sentences before he hung up. Scratching her head, Robin found that her bandana had been torn in two places.. courtesy of morphing earlier.
She dropped her arm and sighed, waiting for Artemis to say something about what Deunan said.

Oh great... Artemis thought for himself at Deunan's last sentence, A little moral blackmail is just what I need at the moment.. With a small *bleep* the coordinates appeared in a little window on his pok?nav.

"Alright" Artemis said, turning to the others, pok?nav in hand "We are to join Deunan and his troops at the central mall. Our opreatives there are under strict orders only to fire at darklings, but to be on the safe side we should approach in human form. I've got the coordinates right here. Any questions before we move out?"

Deunan shifted in his seat to look at another screen. He tapped a few more keys and blips appeared in different colors. He checked a legend for the colors and it showed the blips and if they were human or Darkling. There were many scattered blue blips, whichi meant they were human. They were locked in there homes..trying to stay hidden from search and destroy parties. "Those...monsters..they will pay...I will make sure of it.." said Deunan. Deunan shifted again and picked up the phone and dialed numbers. "Hello. Department of Defense here. Who is calling?" asked a secretary. "Its me. Listen, I need the DoD Commander right now. Thats an order." said Deunan. "Sir yes Sir." said the secretary. After being put on hold for several minutes a deep voice answered the call. "Sir? Is this you?" asked Commander Veldabain. "Yes...listen...we need a lot more reinforcements here in Diego City. I need you to send three transport helicopter full of soldiers. I also need seven attack helicopters, twenty tanks here. The soldiers should land in from the roof along with the attack helicopters, send the tanks into the underground parking lot. That's all I need for now. Is that clear? " asked Deunan. "Sir yes, sir." said Commander Veldabain. "Over and out" said Deunan before hanging up.

"None." Orva replied. Umbreon shook his head. The circles on his ears, back, and tail began to glow. "We're almost there." Umbreon stopped then used a Shadow Ball. In the glow form his body it ws easy to see there had a wall there. "It must have been weak or cracked."

"Both." Umbreon replied in Pokemon tongue.

"Good. that made it easier to get out." Light shone in from the street above adn Umbreon stopped glowing. "Lead the way." Orva said to Artemis.

Several minutes past, Helicopters and tanks approached the city, tanks trailing behind. As the helicopters landed a wall opened and the tanks drove through, parking in the lot. The walls closed as soon as trucks holding AA(anti-air) and AG(anti-ground) guns past through and stationed themselves atop the mall roof. "The perfect defense no doubt...soon Ragnar's troops will be forced out of Diego City and these people can live freely again..soon..we will win.."whispered Deunan.

Robin also shook her head at Artemis' question. Following behind Orva, she watched in silence as Umbreon broke through the weakened wall. As the light from the outside streamed in, Robin couldn't help but smile. Somehow, it gave a sense of hope.. just the feel of the light.

"Deunan Nuke...Head of the Resistance...what a title..oh what a title.." said Deunan, bored out of his mind. "I'm so bored.....hmm I wonder if this supercomputer has games..." said Deunan as he began to search the endless files for a simple game he could pass the time with.

OOC: Is that a hint, CharMz? ^_^

IC:

No questions, just as Artemis had expected "Alright then" he said, calling Tyranitar, Metagross, and Raikou a bit closer to himself. "Raikou, go ahead and scout out our route for any patrols. Metagross, you watch our backs and make sure we don't get flanked. Tyranitar, keep watch for anything that comes from above, let's go."

Raikou leapt ahead of the group and turned down the corner to the left, running at a speed so high that he was nothing but a blur and a gust of wind, Metagross took up a position at the back of the group, seemingly walking backwards just as easily as he did so forwards and Tyranitar wandered somewhere around the center, movingg as fast as he could without tripping over something as his eyes were nailed to the sky.

Robin was walking inbetween Metagross and Tyranitar.
Whoa.. It feels so safe now. Robin thought, although it probably wasn't. Moving at the constant pace of the group, she remained silent. But who wouldn't, seeing as how there could be death waiting around the corner?

Robin seemed to have reverted to her usual state of silence, walking between Metagross and Tyranitar with a slightly nervous air about her, not that Artemis could blame her considering the situation.

"Don't worry." he said as loudly as he dared, noticing that Robin was checking her environment carefully "Raikou and the others will spot any trouble long before it reaches us, they're good at what they do. Besides, it's only a few streets away now."
