    Pokemon Azurite { Updated: 1-10-2008 }

    Pokemon Azurite takes place in the mountain region of Hitona, North of the Johto Region, and West of the Sinnoh Region. Hitona is most well known for its cave system, ancient lore describes Jirachi sleeping in a deep cave somewhere. Azurite is a mineral, its name is derived from the word Azure, meaning Blue.

    Story:
    It is your 12th Birthday, and you and your sister are receiving the Pokemon you will go on your travels with. Your choices are either Elekid or Magby, both are good choices in this region.

    • Route 502 - A Route overgrown with trees and flowers
    • Willowfall Village - A town so small it doesn't have a Pokemon Center
    • Route 503 - A Waterfall in the middle of this Route delivers water and logs into Ironside cave
    • Ironside Cave - A deep cave famous for its Shroomish and Spinarak, an underwater river flows through it
    • Route 504 - A small route popular among trainers for the sand and the Scooter shop located here
    • Saltrim City - A fairly large city with a Game Corner and a Minimall. There have been some sightings of some shady Characters wandering around. Also houses the first gym.
    • Route 505 - A large route with a beach and cliffs.
    • > End of Beta 1 - Cannot pass Police blocking Crime Scene

    Anyhow, you've got some nice ideas there, although the story needs more development.

    Expect some screens in about a week, I've ordered my Laptops power cord, and I should have it here in about 3 days.

    UPDATE: I've included a list of the trainers you'll be battling in Beta 1. Yes, Breeder Bill and Senator Hillary is a joke, but they will still be in the game. If you haven't figured it out yet, Poketard Mason is me.
     
    This is a very detailed list, Virtual Chatot. You should keep this thread in the Scrapbox until you have gotten MANY updates, to keep away from spammers in the Hacks Showcase. Good luck!
