If possible, couldn't you just make it so that once certain Pokemon pass a specified level, they begin to gain better stats? Just wondering. Pretty sure it'd be annoying and tedious to work on in the end. c.c
 
I don't have the asm knowledge required to do so, but I know that Jambo51 implemented the Black&White experience system in Liquid Crystal though. He might be able to give me some hints.
 
I like the ideia of belong to the evil guys...
But maybe have 4 pokémons at the beginning is a bit to much.
I like the story is original...continue with your work
