Appearance: Aston wears a black hoodie with no design and a dark red t-shirt underneath that. He wears a pair of blue jeans and black checkered Vans. He has light brown hair and his eyes are dark green, but if the light hits them just right, they have a red tint. He wears a dark blue and red necklace which as far as he knows he's had since birth and he never takes it off. He stands at around 5'10" and is proud of it.

Personality: Aston can come off as kind of an a*s hole when you first meet him, but he's just really protective. He'll block out people he has just met until he knows more about them, then, he slowly starts to open up. When he is alone with his pokemon is when he's most open. He'll confide everything in his pokemon. Around other people, it really depends on who they are. If it is someone he's known for a while, and is good friends with, there will be very few things he keeps a secret. If he doesn't know them, he'll ignore them or just listen in to a conversation, cracking annoying and sometimes offensive jokes.

History: Aston grew up with caring parents and good pokemon. He was homeschooled until Middle school, and once there, since he had never really hung out with kids his age too much, he started hanging out with the wrong people. That's when the a*s hole part of him kicked in. He still loved his parents and behaved around them, but when they were gone, he was a different person. Deep in the back of his mind was the well raised kid, and it occasionally booted out the bad part of him and prevented him from doing something too stupid quite a few times. When he heard about the virus, he instantly joined Cipher to protect Ranger and his family.
Other: Aston has learned to understand the pokemon he has spent a very long time with. Any pokemon he has just met he can't understand, but if he has spent more than a month with said pokemon, he can understand them clearly.

History: Ranger was just a spare pokemon of Aston's parents that was raised from an egg. He was never boxed, but was never really used for anything. Aston liked him though and soon grew to understand Ranger. When Aston was offered one of his parents pokemon, he instantly picked Ranger, this overjoyed the trapinch, but after seeing what Aston was doing, he tried talking Aston out of hanging out with those guys, only partially successful though. Despite Ranger thinking Cipher was a bad choice, he was glad that Aston cared that much.
Personality: Ranger is very content with having Aston as his trainer, but isn't exactly overjoyed with the choices the boy has made. He is very nonchalant around wild pokemon, honestly not caring unless one moves aggressively. Around trainers pokemon he act the same. Around other humans, he behaves the same
Moves: Bite, sand attack, signal beam (egg), earthquake (TM)
Other: Instead of orange he's a dark maroon, which is why he wasn't used very much. Astons parent thought it was a birth defect hat might effect Rangers fighting abilities.

Name: Felix Lyeon
Age: 16

Ordinary Trainer or Cipher Trainer? The Ordinary one :3

Appearance: Felix stands about 6'0'' and has an athletic appearance, as he works out just about every day. He has brown-black, medium short hair which is always in a mess no matter what; although, the hair on the front of his head sticks up naturally. A pair of orange lensed sports glasses usually covers his deep blue eyes. On the rare occasions they don't, they rest on the top of Felix's head. However, when sensing aura (Either on accident or purpose) Felix's eyes glow a vibrant light-blue, so bright, they seem to glow even behind his sunglasses.

Felix doesn't go anywhere without his gray and yellow backpack, it holds everything that is dear to him. For a while, it was the only thing that he had, so he holds an emotional grip to it.

While traveling, Felix wears a pair of gray jeans, a pair of white and black sneakers, and a dark blue training top. Underneath the top (although hardly seen.) is a red t-shirt with a white/silver stripe running across his chest.

Felix has one noticeable scar, a ring of teeth marks on his left bicep. He also has numerous scratch and claw marks on his chest.


Personality: Bravery is Felix's best attribute, almost to the point where it is foolhardy. He will willingly jump into any situation, no matter what the cost, the outcome, or even the chances. If Felix see's someone in trouble, whether it is his closest friend or a complete stranger, he will do his best to help them.

Even so, Felix is extremely competitive in any situation. From a footrace to a Pokemon battle to a game of chess, he hates losing more than he likes winning.

However, Felix does get angry easily, loosing his temper much faster than the normal person. This often comes when he gets frustrated or just disgusted at someone. And when Felix is angry, the last thing you want to do is get on his bad side.

Even though Felix has not had a Pokemon of his own, he absolutely loves them. From his father's Swampert, to the Wingull on the docks; Pokemon have always liked Felix. Felix also trains with his Pokemon, working just as hard as they do.

If there was a "Cipher Hate Club" Felix would be at every meeting, create posters, and blackmail people into joining. Having ruined his life not once, but twice, Felix has only pure hatred for anyone in Cipher, and will do nothing less than beat them to a pulp.

...That is, if he can find an excuse for it. Otherwise, Felix will just give you the cold shoulder.

History: It's funny, people ignore what happens around the world, what happens to others, until it hits their front step.

And in Mauville, Felix was the only one who knew how it felt.

Felix's life in Lilycove was simple, being the son of a fisherman, and his mother being a stay-at-home wife. He was the average, happy go lucky kid.

Everyday after school, he would go down to the docks, doing everything from watching the Wingulls fly, playing with the Seleo, to watching the sailors battle, just waiting diligently for his father to return. And when he did, he would always return with a smile on his face. If Felix was extremely luck, his father would then take him to Foretree or Mossdeep, (once they even went to Sootopolis!) to watch a Pokemon battle. While never getting his own Pokemon (his father owned a Swampert), Felix loved the thrills of a battle, and aspired to become a trainer someday. Unfortunately, his family never had the money or the means to send him on a journey, nevertheless, he dreamed of it.

The years went by normally until Felix reached 13. The sun was setting at the docks, and there was still no sign of his father's ship. Wailmer bellowed in the bay, and Pelliper called out their name as Felix lifted his orange lenses off of his head. It wasn't that he had never been late before, but it was Felix's birthday, and he had promised the kid they were going to Sootopolis to watch Wallace battle. He even hinted that he had a surprise for him!

Felix had been waiting all week for this day to come, and now that it was here, his mind was filled with anticipation, anticipation that was disappearing with the setting sun.

As the sun was just about to set, Felix's hopes soared as a boat appeared over the horizon, the cool sea breeze blowing in as well. A grin fell over Felix's face, as the warehouse behind him exploded into fire. The grin wiped from his face, and fear replaced it as the screams of people filled the air.

The invasion of Lilycove had begun.

Felix sprinted as fast as he could, tears filling his eyes, his only destination was his home. Home: where he would be safe, where everything would be OK. As Felix ran through the bustling streets, people pushed threw each other, not caring what happened to the person next to them. Even if it was their neighbor or best friend, people were just running through them, not concerned for anyone but themselves.

Tears filled his eyes as he rounded the corner for his house; he had to find his mother. He rounded the corner only to come face to face with a Feraligatr, it's eyes glowing with hatred and rage, it's fangs dripping with blood. Suddenly, Felix couldn't move, what (he could swear was) a grin fell over the alligator's face, and slowly, the Pokemon began to march towards Felix.

As the Pokemon fell into reaching distance, Felix's eyes grew wide and then closed tightly, tears escaping. He didn't want to die. Not now. Not like this!

Suddenly, Felix's eyes shot open, glowing a vibrant blue as energy raced all around him, causing the Feraligatr to take a step back. Letting out a gutteral growl, the Feraligatr raced forwards, claws out and ready for the kill, only to be thrown backwards by another sudden burst of energy slamming into the wall, and almost immediately loosing consciousness. The aura swirled around Felix uncontrollably for a moment more, before dissipating all together. Felix's eyes returned to normal and fatigue set over him. He stumbled a few steps, just enough to see a truck rounding the corner of the street, before passing out.

Felix managed to escape Lilycove, but only by the grace of Arceus. The truck, full of escapees, threw him on, managing to make it out of the burning city and to Mauville. However, the fate of his father and mother is unknown to him.

"Thanks!" Felix walked out of the Pokemart with a wide grin on his face, despite the heavily falling rain that pounded his being. After months of working, after years of dreaming, he had finally saved up enough money for his dream to come true. Placing the item in his bag, he slung the grey and yellow backpack over his shoulder, adjusted his sunglasses and continued down the bustling street.

It had been three years since the invasion of Lilycove, and three years since he had been on his own. At last, things had fallen into a rhythm. Felix had been taken in by a local family, although they hardly treated him like it. The place was more for food and rest than anything, the young couple having been forced into it by the government. And although Felix was more than grateful, the couple never quite returned his good manners. But at least things had fallen back into a rhythm.

But once again, it all changed.

A sickening feeling came over Felix even before the first explosion rang though Mauville City, almost falling to the ground as the shockwave hit him. Roars, snarls, and screams soon filled the air as the chain linked fences that surrounded the city crashed to the ground, letting through an onslaught. Felix hastily sprinted down the street, stumbling a few times as he pushed his way through a crowd of people. In the panic, Felix was pushed to the ground tumbling head over heels, water spraying everywhere, his backpack flying free. He quickly jumped back up onto one knee, grabbing his backpack and looking up, only to see the guy next to him get tackled by a Mightyena. As fast as he could, Felix sprinted towards the man, but it was too late. More Pokemon soon piled onto the man; Felix had no choice but to run, doing his best to ignore the tortured screams, wiping the ever-falling rain out of his mind.

With people all around him falling to the Pokemon, Felix knew he had to head to the docks, it was his only chance at escape.

Luckily, he wasn't too far.

But unfortunately, everyone else had the same idea.

Felix dashed through the crowd, fear the only thing fueling him. The docks got closer and closer, he was going to make it! That was, until a Rhyperior blocked the path ahead. With a loud bellow, it slammed it's foot onto the ground. The earth shook widely, a fissure beginning to run down the street.

Felix, stumbled trying his best to regain his footing, barely managing to dive into a side alley as the fissure tore down the street. He quickly jumped back up and looked back, only able to watch as people fell to their death. Suddenly, as if things couldn't get any worse, a sharp pain shot up his arm, originating from his bicep. As he screamed in pain, Felix looked down to see a Totodile clinging onto his arm, it's fangs sinking deeper and deeper into his muscle, it's eyes filled with hatred and darkness. As their eyes met, the Totodile's let go of Felix, only to fire a Water Gun at him. Felix was thrown into a pair of trashcans by the powerful attack, his backpack flinging to the ground, unzipping, and spewing all of it's contents all over the road. As the Totodile rushed towards him, one object caught his, the one he just bought from the PokeMart moments before.
He reached over, grabbing the Pokeball and threw it with all his might at the Totodile.
As he looked back towards the burning city, he held the ice cold Pokeball in his hand. This was his first catch, a crazed infected Pokemon which just tried to kill him.

Another explosion rocked the city, causing Felix to shove the Pokeball into his pocket, quickly gather his possessions, and take off towards the docks. Diving from alley to alley, Felix eventually made his way to the docks, ushered onto a boat by (what was left of the) police. The boat quickly set sail, and, quickly, Felix was able to see the entire city, burning, destroyed.

Just like last time.

He clenched his teeth, slamming his hand against the railing of the boat, the rain doing the same, bringing his arm back to cast the ball into the ocean.

But he couldn't do it.

Felix stood there in that pose for many minutes, just staring at the ever distancing shoreline. When he couldn't take it anymore, he shoved the Pokeball into his pocket, slinging his backpack over his shoulder before clenching the wound the Pokemon had left. He brought his bloody arm up, and gripped his chest.


Other: Felix is very athletic, able to run and fight well. He also has an untrained ability to sense Aura in the same worth Lucario or Riolu do. While not trained to control it and fire "Aura Spheres", it almost gives him a "sixth sense", making him able to dodge attacks even from behind, and he may notice someone or something even when they are hidden.

Gender: Male
History: Rayne was born from a nest in the swamps surrounding Tojho Falls in Kanto. Although newly born, he often worried his parents through his exploring of the surrounding area, often traveling to far out without even knowing it.

But one day he ventured to far, inadvertently leading some strange humans back to his home. The humans almost immediately began taking his family, kidnapping them with nets and spears, and dragging them off into the unknown.

They humans did something to Rayne there, filling him full of rage, and after a year of training, setting him loose in the city of Mauville.

But at that point, Rayne didn't care. All he wanted was blood.

Personality: Before the infection took it's toll, Rayne was a happy-go-lucky Pokemon. Energetic, he always put everyone in his family in a great mood with his pranks and all around silly attitude.

Like his current trainer, he is loyal to anyone and anything he cares about, and works hard for them.

However, when under control of the virus, he is the polar opposite of his true self. Sullen and easily enraged, Rayne attacks anything that moves, not caring what it is. he is the epitomy of a demon.

But Rayne fights it. He does have spurts where he returns to his old self, especially when around Felix. He fights mentally to regain his sanity, and, although brief, it allows Felix to see his true colors. That being said, he has attacked Felix multiple times, and although not as bad as the first time.

Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Rage, Water Gun
Other: Rayne's scales are a darker blue than most Totodile.

@Wolf in the Rain: I wouldn't say "carried away" since you spaced it out quite a bit where it could have been merged, but it's definitely long and good.

Anyways, here's my SU.

Spoiler:

Name: Geoffrey "Geoff", and sometimes Jessica "Jess". It depends on his clothing.
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Hometown: Fortree City, Hoenn
Ordinary or Cipher?: Cipher Initiate

Appearance: Geoffrey stands around five feet and three inches, weighing in at one-ten. Obviously shorter and lighter than average, but he's never worried about it since his limbs match perfectly with his size, and his clothes help keep him from looking too girly. It actually makes him somewhat more agile, too. Geoff has jet-black hair, reaching down just to his shoulders. It's not a straight cut, but it's a generally even length, including his bangs which are normally hanging over his right eye. His eyes are heterochromatic: right is violet, and left is green, but he'd have much preferred unity.

He doesn't wear any Cipher-issued clothing for disguise purposes, but it's mostly for comfort. Geoff does take the Cipher sunglasses and strap them to his head like regular goggles during work, though, to keep his eyes hidden. He's supposed to be a bad guy, isn't he? He enjoys his casual clothing quite a bit: His upper body wears a loose black T-shirt with white splattered on it like someone just threw a paint brush, with an unzipped hoodie over it. Aside from when he's sleeping, he always wears it. His lower body holds a pair of winter-camo cargo pants with zippers to convert them to shorts; just below the pants are a pair of worn yet working sneakers. Good for mobility, great breathing room, and generally looks awesome.

Sometimes, mainly for playing with people or disguising himself for work, and sometimes just to be a different person, Geoff will take on the identity of a hyperactive fifteen year old girl named Jess. During this, he wears a dark blue baby-tee and a black cardigan on top. On the bottom, he wears black crew-length socks, white tennis shoes, and a knee-length tartan skirt that exposed his slender legs. He also keeps a solid red headband in his hair, exposing his heterochromatic eyes and a face that no one would think belonged to a man of any kind; not to mention letting him speak out more with his naturally feminine voice. Along with it, Geoff does wear make-up as Jess; just enough to make things more convincing (Absol believes that Geoff is enjoying himself): a thin layer of a bright blue eye-shadow that blends with his skin, and light red lipstick to cover the natural pink. Sometimes, Jess will wear Geoff's cargo pants in their shorts form for rocky or overly-grassy areas. Not the best times for a skirt.

Along with Geoffrey's and Jess' clothing and his Cipher outfit, Geoff carries a less-than-average-sized backpack with him for long-distance journeys. If it's only for a short time, he'll leave it in a hut in Violet City. It carries everything he needs: a sleeping bag, canteen, and man-made equipment aside from Pokéballs. He'll keep any Pokéballs and berries he can with him at all times.

Personality: Between Geoff and his Absol, he's a pretty quiet and chilled-out guy during a relaxing period of time. He'll laze about and everything. He's a nice guy to anyone he can be, though sometimes his missions conflict with his own beliefs. It gets annoying, but he can't really defy them. Cipher's a syndicate, and he's just a newbie. If he has to harm anyone, he'll apologize as soon as he gets the chance. If he had to rough up a trainer and their Pokémon, he'd hand them a berry to help after the battle is over, too.

He matches his Pokémon's attitude in battle, too, and tries running his opponents down before they can make too many attacks. Not like he wants his best friend hurt. And if his Pokémon does get juggled around? Geoff strengthens his resolve to win just to take care of his Pokémon right away. His commands get... well, more commanding, and his anger towards his opponent can be seen clearly by a sadistic-looking grin. The left side of Geoff's mouth will be opened lightly, though more than open enough to bare a sharp canine. After messing up attack names on accident one day, Geoff will mix attacks when he gets pissed, making up (sometimes silly) names that take parts of attack names that he has to call out for Absol to know.

Not all's "model trainer" with Geoff, as he's a very devious person and loves playing pranks. The best example is Jess, his split personality of sorts, taking the "hyper and innocent teenage girl" look that lets him have more fun with people than what he'd get as just himself. Though, from simple pranks, 'Jess' had developed to become her own part of Geoffrey's life, taking the full name Jessica (though she still prefers to be called by Jess). A lot of people actually believe that Geoffrey and Jess are different people, which makes things more interesting, especially if Jess gets asked on a date. Jessica tends to use Fusion Attacks more often than Geoff, along with being much more playful about battles.

History: Born in Fortree City in the Hoenn region, Geoffrey had access to plenty of Pokémon to play with as a child, and grew with an affinity to them. Especially the Absol his parents caught a while before he was born, which he played with on-and-off until he was a year and a half old. After that, Absol became his constant companion: his sword-and-shield, and his best friend. When he first went to school at six years old, he was pretty distraught that his parents and teachers wouldn't let him bring Absol because of how dangerous it could be, and refused to go until he was allowed to. Soon enough he could bring Absol with him, and plenty of his classmates (along with a teacher or two) was glad he did. The two through elementary and high school were the models that the school had to show what a trainer and their Pokémon should act like to each other.

During high school, he heard a pretty vague description about Cipher. They were bent on making Pokémon stronger (to which Geoff thought was going to be a good thing), and even the lower ranks had some pretty good perks. Another year or two after graduating, now at nineteen years old, Geoff applied to join the organization. Geoffrey wasn't aware that they were a sinister syndicate until after he joined, so it was definitely too late. Begrudging himself for a short time, he later believed Cipher could help him see the Pokémon World, and maybe only have to play bit parts in their Shadow Pokémon production. A week's break before leaving home to say good-bye, and Geoffrey and his favorite Absol were shipped out to Johto.

On the way there, he heard about someone being called the strongest trainer in the world, "Red". The guy apparently was in possession of a really powerful Purification Stone -- weird rocks that appeared with the Shadow Pokémon. Well, Geoffrey thought, if I'm stuck in Cipher and this Red dude can turn the tides considering the Shadow Pokémon... Maybe I should take it from him and get myself a few promotions in one fell swoop. There were only two conditions to this: 1) Defeat every gym leader in the region and scale Mt. Silver to fight Red, and 2) Get it all done without shirking from Cipher duties.

Other: Geoff, having grown up playing with his Absol, he learned to scale and endure many terrains, and detect a nearby natural disaster. He also has a sort of telepathic link between Absol and himself, being able to communicate over short-to-average distances without saying anything. Geoffrey also, as long as he has his backpack in reach, can "quick-change" his clothing much like other villains, almost instantly becoming Jess or a generic Cipher Peon by spinning 360°. If he hasn't had a wash before changing into Jess' clothing, his normal scent will linger slightly for a short time without a mask like perfume.

History: Absol was caught and became a member of Geoff's family shortly after finding out that Geoff's mother was pregnant; Geoff's father wanted someone to be able to protect his son when he couldn't anymore. Having been recently born himself made it easier for Absol to adapt to the life of a human family, though he still had his predecessors' tendency to make a noise to warn about disasters. A year or so after Geoffrey was born, Absol was given to him and the two grew up together, with Absol becoming both his best friend and guardian.

Personality: Around Geoffrey, Absol's a lax Pokémon. However, in battle, Absol plays fast and fierce, but this is mostly to get things over with. Almost all of his attacks are high-impact, specifically to eliminate some of the Pokémon he's weaker against before they can do any major damage. Since Absol is... well, an Absol, he tries shying away from any humans and Pokémon that he hasn't come to fully trust. Absol changes his persona to match his owner's, too, playing the over-protective guard dog whenever "Jess" comes out to play, and even acting injured for any hostage situations.

Geoffrey periodically yells out certain types of attacks that he calls Fusion Attacks, where Absol mixes two or more attacks to change power and effects, such as "FeintScratch". "FeintScratch" basically makes no power change, funnily, but more so just turns Scratch into an equivalent of Feint. "Shadow Horn" turns Megahorn into Shadow Claw's ghost-type, and "Megaclaw" turns Shadow Claw into a bug-type move.

Moves: Scratch; Feint; Megahorn; Shadow Claw
Other: Absol has a vague ability to detect Shadow Pokémon, treating their sealed hearts as a type of calamity and barking at them on sight.
