No sure way, even if you breed two shinies. The chances are always the same.

This I dont get at all.

so far today i've hatched 4 machops, 1 poliwag, 1 growlithe, 1 swablu, 1 wurmple, 1 shroomish, 1 shuppett, 1 makuhita, 1 staryu.

so that's 12 today. and 56 togepis from today-but-really-yesterday also.
