Pokemon Burning Magma and Raging Bolt

Intro:
The Story goes:You just got your pokemon from perfessor boak and then a team magma/bolt bursts in your town and kiddnaps him you then free him and perfessor boak tells you to go and sign up for team bolt/magma in the next town. You then sign up and Genral Koyga gives you your first mission.

New region Bris,
New pokemon,
Allowed up to 4 pokemon in battle,
New team Bolt,
When completing team bolt/magma missions you can enter tournaments,

We need:
A scripter,
A spriter to make new team bolt overworlds.
