so i know that on the ex sereis boosters
the "most rare" cards r the level ex's cards
then on pearl and diamond and platinium thers the level x's cards.
then ther is the Hs sereis whit the puzzle cards ther isnt level x ther right?
    and what b&W rares r?

Well, actually the ex cards weren't the rarest in all of the ex series boosters. That would belong to the Shining/Gold Star cards, which were "secret" rares in those sets, and very rare to pull, though they were only in the later ex sets.

In the DPPt sets, Lv. X was not the rarest for every set. There were "secret" rare reprints of older cards in the four Platinum sets.

In the HS series, there were no Lv. X cards, just Pokemon Prime, which is what corresponded to the Lv. X cards, though these are only indicated by the special foil pattern all Prime cards have, and the fact that their better than their normal set counterparts. HS also had the LEGEND cards (the cards where you need both halves to play the cards) and the Alph Lithographs.

In B&W, so far there is no equivalent to Lv. X/Prime/ex, but there was a "secret" rare Pikachu in the set, and there are full art cards for Reshiram and Zekrom. There also is Pokemon EX (technically different from ex in Japanese because of the fact that one is capitalized and the other isn't) on the way within the next year.

Here is a list of all the sets:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_Trading_Card_Game_sets

The only sets that contain ex cards are the ones listed under the "Third Generation Sets" heading in the Contents list. There are also some promo cards that are ex cards.

The only sets containing Lv. X cards are the ones listed under "Fourth Generation Sets" in the Contents list, but the HeartGold SoulSilver sets and the Call of Legends set that are listed under the "Fourth Generation Sets" heading DO NOT have Lv. X cards. There are some promo cards that are Lv. X cards, though.

    thanx bro
and is ther plans for another call of the legends/HS nes sets

The HeartGold SoulSilver sets were done with HS Triumphant. Call of Legends was a filler set to fill the space between the release of HS Triumphant and the release of Black & White. Call of Legends is mostly made of reprinted cards. There are plans for a new Black & White set, however. It will probably be released sometime in January.
