    anyone ever heard of it, is it made and or endorsed by Gamefreak in any way??? how can i get a copy of it?
     
    Nope. It's even got a Sonic the Hedgehog-related character on the box cover.

    Oh, and so are Jade and Quartz. They're fakes. Unofficial.
     
    Pokemon Chaos Black is a hack of Fire Red and is not a proper game released by Gamefreaks.
     
    As said, they're not official Nintendo releases. If you want to play it, have a stroll through the ROM-Hacking forums, and download it from the official thread.
