The COOLEST Pokemon game you'll ever play!​

Hey, remember Cool Spot? 7-Up's mascot from the late 80s-Early 90s? No? He had his own SNES game!

This is a very cool and very basic hack of Emerald version, with a bunch of very cool secrets, features, and differences to make it more unique from your average emerald playthrough. Of course, the game features the 7-Up mascot, Cool Spot as a powerful playable starter Pokemon! Nearly all 386 Pokemon are obtainable, and there's a few cool surprises that await curious trainers in the brand-new Pokemon: Cool Spot Version!

Features

• Hey, it's Cool Spot! Cool Spot as a playable Pokemon, complete with unique, custom moves (they're cool!)​
• Remixed distribution of Pokemon across Hoenn, with most of the 386 pokemon obtainable through a single-player playthrough. There are no trade evolutions, and Feebas and Milotic are a lot easier to obtain. (Currently, many Legendaries are unobtainable, but will add them in later updates!​
• Bosses have new, slightly more difficult teams to overcome, making for a cool experience!​
• New Music tracks, all arranged and formatted by yours truly to fit into Pokemon Emerald!​
• New, Cool Pokemon with customized sprites to discover and train!​
• Many, many items have been replaced by various (actually real) flavors of 7-Up! It's delicious and nutritious for your Pokemon, complete with new sprites!​
• Quality of Life adjustments such as:
  

  • Reusable TMs​
  • Exp Share and Lucky Egg available for purchase at certain Pokemarts​
  • Evolution items available for purchase at Lilycove Dept. Store​
• And more to come in future updates!​

Updated to v.1.1 !!!
This is a very sizable update:

Bug Fixes

• Victory road cooltrainer will no longer crash the game
• Magma/Aqua, Rival Battle, Regi Battle, and Legendary Battle themes are now fixed and looped properly!
• Rayquaza cutscene will no longer crash the game
• Empty Pokedex entries are now updated and fixed
• Poliwag is now obtainable
• Lickitung is now obtainable
• Torchic is now obtainable

Balance Changes

• Brawly difficulty nerfed, because goodness gracious he was a little too strong!
• Norman difficulty nerfed
• Rival battle #5 is now more difficult and May/Brendan have a more competent team
• EXP SHARE and LUCKY EGG are now available for purchase at certain Pokemarts
• HEART SCALE is now available for purchase at the Fallarbor Pokemart, no more farming Luvdisc!
• In-Game Trades
  • NPC trades in Fortree City and Pacifidlog Town have been changed to make awakening the Regis easier
    • Fortree City trade: now asks for a WINGULL in exchange for a WAILORD
    • Pacifidlog Town trade: now asks for a TENTACOOL in exchange for a RELICANTH

NEW FEATURES!!!

• Replaced Marshtomp with a new Fakemon, which is now obtainable in the postgame
• New custom music tracks for Victory Road, Regi Battle, Legendary Battle, Rayquaza Battle, Underwater, Mt. Pyre Peak, Route Theme 3
• NPC dialogue now reflects the altered story a bit more
• Story is VERY SLIGHTLY altered
• New original sprites, cries, and animations for Legendaries, a few new Pokemon
• Starter selection has been altered to create the illusion of choice lol!!!
• New NPC trainers introduced!
• Brawly has been replaced by a new, more powerful gym leader!
• Cooltrainers now have Cool sunglasses!!!

Move Changes

• Leech Life
  • Power increased from 20/100% to 65/100%
• Flash
  • Now an Electric-type move, 30 power/90% with 100% chance to lower accuracy
• Rock Smash
  • Power increased from 20/100% to 50/100%
• Strength
  • Power increased from 80/100% to 85/100%
• Cut
  • Now a Steel-type move, 55 power/95% with no effect

And more to come in future updates! I feel like the game is around 75% finished at this point, hopefully the next big update will be the last!

I have no plans to add any of these for Cool Spot version, but I do plan on adding these in my next hack!
