Crystal hack: Pokemon Crystal Clear 2016 [NOT THE OPEN WORLD HACK!]

to all those inquiring - this is not the open world Pokemon Crystal romhack! I apologize if you're looking for that, but it's not here. My Pokemon Crystal Clear is an earlier and entirely different romhack with the same name. I'm going to look into changing this hack's name for clarity's sake, as I don't want the two to be confused.
