Pokemon crystal hack help

Hi I'm searching for a Pokemon Crystal hack that adds the gen 6 exp share, a portable pc storage, all the pokemon available to catch and more qol like faster saving, faster pokemon center, run while holding B. I did find some that exist but they add more difficulty and add a level cap which really sucks as I just want a casual playthrough of crystal to 100% complete. I've tried to check to make my own with the decomp but I don't understand anything if anyone could help me it would be amazing or just make one.

you can make things like this using pokecrystal dissassembly, and also its probably impossible since in gen 2 only 255 pokemon can be stored in the game data

It's true that in normal Pokecrystal you can only add 255 Pokémon, but there is a 16 bit version that lets you add more than that but even then you're limited by how much free space you have.
