    Pallet Town, 2008. The town has expanded to the status of a small city. Many young teens there are hoping to become the best Pokemon Trainer in the world.

    One day, the announcement of a new Pokemon tournament arrives. The Double Battle Tournament Tour. Those who participate are forced to work with a partner (of their choice). They will learn each other's stratigies and invent new ones based on what they know. Depending on what Pokemon each Trainer chooses, their Pokemon may have to learn to get along as well. This tournament is not neccessarily about friendship, but mainly about teamwork. The only way you'd be paired up with someone you don't like is if you are late to the registration date.

    Even if you have the perfect match up, you still need to be able to defeat the Gym Leaders. There are eight in all. Some will be single, while others are in pairs. No matter what, though, they will use two Pokemon at a time.

    #1: Brock and his father Flint - Geodude, Vulpix, Onix, Steelix.

    #2: Misty - Staryu, Starmie, Horsie, Togetic.

    #3: Surge - Voltorb, Electrode, Electrabuzz, Raichu.

    #4: Erika - Gloom, Weepinbell, Bellosum, Groovle, Venusaur.

    #5: Koga and Janine - Venonat, Venomoth, Voltorb, Gengar, Snorlax.

    #6: Sabrina - Jinx, Gardevoir, Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam.

    #7: Blaine and Flannery - Rapidash, Magmar, Blaziken, Magcargo, Camerupt, Torkoal,

    #8 : Giovanni - Nidorina, Nidorino, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Aggron, Persian.

    You and your partner must be prepared for whatever heads your way. If you lose a battle, you will not be disqualified. You will just have to practice more.

    Personality: Ranson is very cautious wherever he goes. He can sometimes be a little reckless and that usually gets him in trouble. In battle, he tries to get rid of his opponents as quickly as possible.

    Personality: Rey is a very calm guy and fun to be around. In battle, he is very focused and tries his best.

    ((Hmm...I know I said I'd join two RP's here only, but I think this RP has a little potential. First off, don't we need a 'history' and 'appearance' in the sign-up sheet? I don't think it's totally and absolutely neccessary, but it would be easier to see who Arista is talking to. _ _;

    Personality: Arista is very cocky, and is always ready to show off her skills to the world. She's easily angered, and is extremely stubborn when it comes to anybody doubting her opinion. She's extremely rude to people her own age, but to the adults in charge around her she'll be as polite as a rich little girl with nothing more to do with her time. Her mood changes like the wind, with each passing moment her attitude can jump from happy to angry to whiny.
    Pokemon:Growlithe, Totodile, and Minun.

    Age: 16
    Personality: Kei is a kind and generous person. She's quiet, but when with the right people she can be quite talkative. Although she's the generous type she's also not the type to be messed around with, especially when she's battling. Kei has a kind heart and would drop everything just to help anyone in trouble.

    Age: 17
    Appearance: Eve is a little over five feet tall. She has fairly long black hair and dark blue eyes. As for her attire, she wears a blue shirt with purple stripes and elbow-length sleeves, plus a black and purple skirt that goes slightly below her knees. Finishing that are black gloves, black boots, and a silver necklace in the shape of a cat with red eyes.
    Personality: Eve loves anything supernatural--in fact, she lives for it. As far as her personality goes, she's quiet and patient, and she's quite clever as well. But she also tends to not follow the rules or the ordinary way of things, and she also is quite sadistic--she especially likes scaring people. As for Pokemon, her favorite types are Psychic, Ghost, and Dark. She dreams of being a gym leader someday. However, she's not so good with cuteness and romance--in fact, she hates both.
    Pokemon: Shuppet, Vulpix, Abra
    History: Eve lived in Lavender Town most of her life. Her father was a physics teacher and her mother an engineer, and both shared a bold, realistic attitude. Eve picked up on that perspective during her earliest years. However, her first interests in what lay beyond the practical world were sparked when she was 8, when she saw a magic show. The magician called himself Happy Dan, and his act messed up completely--he was supposed to pull a Pikachu out of a hat and instead got a Voltorb which exploded on him. Eve laughed at this, thinking she could do much better. However, a while later when she first pursued this passion, she realized that her parents would disapprove. Since neither of her parents weren't that involved with Pokemon, Eve was fascinated when she first saw one, which happened to be a Gastly. Eve wasn't scared of it, even though she was only 12. In fact, the two became friends. However, this Gastly often showed up at her house to scare her parents. Therefore, it wasn't long before Eve got in trouble and lost her parents' trust.

    After that, Eve had a strong inclination to run away, but she didn't know how to survive on her own... Even Gastly couldn't help because it knew nothing about life, being a ghost. Therefore, Eve lived the next few years in isolation--she no longer spoke to her parents. She visited Gastly often as well. However, there was one day when Gastly vanished forever. All it left was a message: "My daughter can help you." Eve didn't know what this meant until a couple of years later. That day when Eve turned 16, Eve made up her mind to run away, even when Gastly was no longer on her side.

    When Eve reached Saffron City, she found that a Pokemon researcher from a distant continent had come to visit. Like Professor Oak, this researcher (who called herself Professor Willow) gave out Pokemon to beginning trainers. However, trainers didn't pick from 3 starters--they got whichever Pokemon fit their personal needs and personality the best. Interested in Pokemon, Eve joined the crowd. Professor Willow was obviously an expert at this type of analysis, because Eve got a Shuppet as her first Pokemon. Not too long after that, Eve caught two other Pokemon with the help of Shuppet.

    As Eve gained training experience over the next year, her passion for magic grew as well--moreso than her Pokemon. She finally decided to start focusing on her Pokemon when she heard about the Double Battle Tournament...

    **EDIT: I can partner up with someone else if anyone doesn't have a partner. Unfortunately, I like Eve better than Dolly...

    Ok, I got it... Anyway I think he isn't coming because he made 2 of these, but his second one got locked, so maybe he thinks this is locked too

    Personality:Jasmine is a sweet nice girl.Usually called Jaz,Jazzy,J.T,or Jay.She loves to travel,and is a wonderful trainer if you were one of her pokemon.But sometimes she gets to competetive and can get mad or jealous sometimes,but overcomes it.She also loves to hang out with her friends,or even hang out by herself with her pokemon at the beach.Either way she always finds out ways to have fun and is really creative.
