Okay my comments;
Website
I like the new layout actually in fact it is perfect for a simple image style layout. I like how you have used the correct type of images and the fact that you have added the right amount in the correct areas.
However the layout dose look rather simular to the old PokeJungle layout, actually it is very simular. I am sure this won't matter as the PokeJungle as an new layout.
Overall I love the layout and the content seems fine, also remember when choosing your staff make sure they are trustworthy and that you know them alot before making them staff.
Forums
Okay, this forum needs a differnt skin. I have never been staff or used the software you have used so I am not sure if skins are avalible. You need a skin that is simular and match the website, so they look like they are apart of one organisation.
Your actual forum order and stuff like that seems fine, but I can give you a couple of tips. When a forum is new or a forum is not very active try to start off with very few forums.
If you have very few but very intresting and unique forums in a forum you will attract many members. If you have loads of forums I tend to see the forum just die and never become active, you can prevent this from using a small of forums to begin with.
Once you have members in start to ask opinions on what over forums they would like to use and add them slowerly. Eventually you will have a large amount of threads/topics, articles/posts, and many members.
