Wally, a boy who was trained by Norman to awaken Rayquaza.
He is found by Birch, and does not retain any memory of his past life.

While on the woods prior to the hack. He befriended Treecko. a Tree-Gecko Pokemon.
All we know today is that Maxie, is either dead or alive. Team Magma still is raiding Hoenn. Though for what?

treecko 22 is right. I think you've got the wrong idea about what kind of thread should go in the Scrapbox. Its a place to develop ideas. You need to expand your story and work on some actual features.
