3rd Gen Pokemon Emerald help

    Hey ive beeten the 7 gyms and now i cant find that guys boat and the gym leader in sootopolis is gone,will he come back when i find the boat?
    where is the route were the boat is?
     
    The submarine is underwater, in the route 128. You will see a cave when diving. It's inside. Then go back to the surface and you will see the cave where Kyogre is.
     
    Nope... there will be a scene where Archie uses the red orb to awaken Kyogre and then Kyogre will run/escape...sumthin like that... You wont be able to battle or catch Kyogre till you beat the elite 4... or pretty much teh pokemon league!
     
    I seem to remember catching Groudon with a masterball before beating the elite 4...cus I remember it being killed by ice beam.

    I know, but you use the exact same strategy to get up there. As it says in the Emerald sticky:

    Rayquaza, Hero of Emerald

    Items you need: Mach BikeAfter some certain important plot regarding the legendaries, Rayquaza will be catchable after kyogre and groudon have gone back to sleep. Go to the sky pillar in route 131 just like Ruby/Sapphire but now you can do this sidequest as long as you've seen Rayquaza in the cutscene. It is still lvl 70 with the same moveset, so use the same strategy as in Ruby/Sapphire to catch possibly your first legendary Pokemon of Emerald.
