Pokemon Emerald Not Working

I'll start with, the rom hasn't crashed. When I play Emerald it doesn't work. I've tried 3 different Emerald Rom's, in two different emulators and all that happens is that a completely white screen appears. That's all. The game doesn't start, just a white screen.
But the weird thing is, when I play the rom off of a CD the game works completely fine.
So with that theory, I copied the rom to my usb, and it did the same thing as what happened when it was on my hard drive.
What's wrong?

Did you set the save type to Flash 128K?

I just tried it then. Still just a white screen.

I've already tried that. I tried the version of VBA I had, I downloaded the latest version of VBA, and no$gba, and with all of them, the same thing happens.
I just can't figure out why it isn't working...

use winzip or clean pc if neither work you might want to either wipe your drives or get a better pc my pc's hard drive is 620 mb with an amd athlon dual core processor;)
