Heres a forum where you can point out any unusual errors youve seen in the anime. Heres an example: In Snow Way Out ash uses charmander even though earlier on in the series it had evolved into charizard. Now go on and put in errors youve seen

...That's not an error. It's because the episodes aired out of order.

^ Yeah, that's right. Adding onto what Frostik said, the episodes were aired out of order because EP038: Electric Soldier Porygon had to be removed from rotation in the US due to the infamous seizure incident and Snow Way Out had to be rescheduled.
