you have to backtrack quite a bit, once you reach the right place Zora will let you know

You need to go back north(Up) and backtrack a bit. Zorua will tell you when you´re close to where you need to be, but it´s quite a bit.

It´s a long adventure, but once you´re done with the story there is not much of a postgame in this one. I tried to make a complete Story with a satisfactory end with this one...
