    Appearance: Skin Color: Fair Pale almost white Skin.
    Eye color: Aqua Blue
    Hair color: Silver
    Hair style: Long and down.
    Clothes: Red Barret with a red tank top and Orange Skirt, matched with Orange flip flops.

    Personality: Marina has a fiery personality. She can be angered easily and like fire when she is angry or upset she is hard to calm. She doesn't think before going into situations and always gets herself into trouble. At first she can seem a little annoying but when people get to know her they see she's just looking for guidance from someone older than her.

    History: Marina lived in Sandgem town from when she was born to when she turned ten. The only companion she had was her twin sister Sabrina after their parents disappeared until Sabrina died because of Team Lightning. After that Marina was taken in by one of the scientists working in Professor Rowan's lab and she's harbored a deep hatred for Team Lightning. She also blames herself for her twins death in a way. The day it happened if Marina had thought through what she was doing then she and her sister would never have confronted Team Lightning when they tried to break into the Pokemon Lab.

    Name: Joshua Lucas Wick.
    Nickname: Josh.
    Gender: Male
    Age: 12.
    Appearance: (Skin Color, eye color, hair color, hair style, and Clothes.)
    Joshua is a pale young male. He is rather tall for a twelve year old and his brilliant blue eyes. His hair is black and is fashioned into the "emo" style. He usually wears a green shirt, similar to that of Green [from the manga] with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. Along with that he wears a snood, a pair of faded jeans and a pair of white nike trainers.

    Joshua is a warm-hearted youngster who is yet to experience the world for himself. He is about as selfless as it gets and will always stick up for a friend. He also has a great love for pokemon of the dragon type. This is due to his past which will be explained below. He has that happy-go-lucky aura surrounding him and many people enjoy being in his company.

    Being born in Blackthorn city is a key factor in Joshua's love for dragons. He spent most of his time watching Clair battle, and when he was lucky he got to see his hero Lance. Lance's grandfather had taken on Joshua as his latest prodigy. However when Joshua was forced to move to Sinnoh due to his father's job transfer he was devastated. He vowed to become a pokemon champion upon leaving Blackthorn, and promised to do it using dragons!

    Name: Garen Gryger
    Nickname: None
    Age: 14
    Appearance: Garen has dark blue hair and light orange eyes. He's about 5'6 in height a slim but fit body. Garen's hair comes ends at his neck and comes down shoulder to shoulder and usually his bangs cover his eyes. His eyes have been said to shine a bright orange red color when he's determined to do something. Garen usually has a happy look on his face and is always smiling. He wears his favorite colors black and blue. Garen wears a black short sleeved jacket over a dark blue shirt. He wears jet black pants and a black belt. Garen also wears black shoes with a dark blue stripe going along the rim of them and black fingerless gloves. He loves to wear his black rimed goggles with blue on the inside.
    Personality: Garen is a fun-loving guy who is kind to everyone. Garen loves to meet new people and make friends to everyone. He is stubborn when it comes to giving up and hates when people or pokemon are treated unfairly and hates evil. Garen tackles every obstacle in his way with a smile on his face. He can be very shy at times and not talk much if he's in a crowd of complete strangers but when he opens up he constantly talks. Garen loves to make jokes and provoke people. Sometimes he can't stop talking. He can get very distracted by the smallest things and can be very dim witted at times.
    History: Garen grew up in Celadon City with his mom. His father had died when he was young. Garen didn't really know much about his father like what he did for a living. His mom would tell him that his father would fight against     Team Lightning with his trusty Arcanine. When Garen got older he believed in his mother stories less and less but he never liked Team Lighting he had heard stories about them around the city and hated what they would do. Garen would spend time either reading about pokemon or at one of the game corners wasting all of his allowance never winning any of the games he had terrible luck. His mother worked at the pokemon center in the city and would bring Garen with him so he could learn things about pokemon and help around. He became excellent at healing pokemon and taking care for them. But Garen's passion was to become a pokemon master but living in Celadon City it was too far away from pallet town where professor Oak was so he never was able to get his first pokemon. Garen's luck turned around when he learned that his mother was taking the two of them too sinnoh to work at a pokemon center there for a fresh start and to view the world. Garen, enthused by this news waits eagerly to come to sinnoh and a chance to start a pokemon journey.

    TEAM LIGHTNING

    Name: Brandon Adamiton

    Nickname: None.

    Gender: Male

    Age: 13

    Appearance: His beige skin is slightly tan and his hair is dark brown. His eye color is bluish brown. His hair is mostly combed to the right and some of it hangs down the side of his forehead in a line. He usually wears short-sleeved shirts, jeans or pants, white socks and emerald green sneakers.

    Personality: He doesn't talk much around strangers and is always poker-faced. He is serious when the need arises and he's a fast learner. He suffers slightly from depression ever since his mother passed away from a rare disease. He never shows much of his emotions and always bottles it up in him. A smile on his face or even a frown is a very rare sight.

    History: He was born and raised in Eterna City. Ever since his mother died from tuberculosis, he has been mentally troubled and kept having nightmares of losing his mother over and over again, sometimes losing everyone he knw in the world. He has little communication with his father as his father is always working to make ends meet for the family and when he's alone, he wanders around Eterna Forest but never daring to venture into the Old Chateau, for it reminds him of the time he stood next to his mother's grave. Recently, his nightmares kept showing a strange scene where he was in a place like a factory or nuclear plant and then it switched to the scene before his mother went to the hospital after collapsing. He then saw a vision, it was quite brief and he always could not remember what it was.

    Pokemon Nickname: Terra.

    Pokemon Gender: Male

    Move Set: Tackle, Withdraw.

    (Your SU is just fine :) i said earlier two more people but lets just start now when we get the next five people they can just jump in once they're approved.)

    Marina yawned waking up in the early hours of the morning. As she sat up and stretched she realized what day it was and jumped out of bed hurriedly getting changed out of her pajamas and into her normal outfit. She grabbed her backpack off the chair by her desk and sped down the stairs and out of the empty house running in the direction of Professor Rowan's Pokemon lab.

    "Professor are you here!" She yelled upon entering the lab.

    "Ah, Marina i should have known you'd be the first one here." Professor Rowan said smiling at her as he led her to the the Poke"balls holding the Pokemon that some lucky children got to choose from today. "You go ahead and make your choice you can start out when some of the others get here." he said.

    Marina smiled picking a Poke"ball up "This is it" she grinned calling out the Pokemon. In a flash of light a Torchic materialized in front of her.

    "Excellent Choice" Professor Rowan said leaving Marina to play with her new Pokemon until some of the others arrived.
     
    Brandon opened his eyes. The house was quiet, it was still asleep. Brandon's father had left for work already, as usual. Brandon looked at the clock, it read 8.55am. He then shifted his gaze to the calendar on the shelf. Today's date was circled in a bold red marker and labeled "Big Day! Prof. Rowan's Lab at 9am." 9am! Why, he was gonna be late on his first day of becoming a Trainer! He quickly dressed into a casual outfit which he felt was suitable for the first day of being a Pokemon Trainer.

    He wolfed down his breakfast and cleaned his face before dashing out of the house. He rode on his trusty cobalt blue bicycle and rode all the way to Sandgem Town. He took the route through the forest, careful not to look at the dilapidated manor. It's bad getting emotional just on the first day! He warned himself. He finally reached the entrance of the lab and parked his bicycle before sauntering in.

    As a boy brought up with manners, Brandon politely greeted Professor Rowan, "Good morning, Professor. I hope I'm not late." And to the girl with a Torchic, "Hello, I'm Brandon."

    "No, you're not at all late. Here, pick your Pokemon," replied the professor with a smile.

    After careful consideration, Brandon picked a PokeBall. "So Turtwig's your choice?" Brandon nodded.

    "It's loyal and brave, I'm sure you two would be great friends." Professor Rowan said as Brandon released Turtwig from it's Ball.

    "Hi! I'm Brandon and I'll be your Trainer. I think I'm gonna name you Terra, as you're cool!"

    "Twig turtwig!" It grinned and ran playfully around Brandon's legs.

    "Hello, I'm Brandon." Marina heard a boy say. She looked at the source and saw a boy roughly three years older than her getting a Turtwig from the Professor. She smiled going over to him followed by her Torchic who she had decided to call Flare.

    "Hi my names Marina and this is Flare nice to meet you" she said excitedly extending her hand.

    "Hello, nice to meet you. I'm Brandon and here is Terra." Brandon exchanged the greeting with a handshake.

    Terra ran up to Marina and nuzzled against her knee and then, surprising to Brandon, started chatting with Flare. Isn't he scared of Fire type? He wondered to himself. Then he remembered the professor saying that it was brave. No wonder it didn't care whether the Torchic was it's natural weakness. Besides Turtwig was part Ground type so Fire was not as effective as it would. Brandon decided to let Terratour play with Flare.

    "Garen wake up," Garen's mother cried to her son after had been calling him for a complete hour to get ready to start his pokemon journey. His mother then walked over to his bed and smacked him on his forehead. "Ow!" Garen wailed as he quickly jumped out of his bed rubbing his head in pain. "What was that for?!" Garen asked. "You need to get ready to start your pokemon journey Gar," His mother replied. "Please don't call me that," Garen complained as he put on his black pants. "So mom what's for breakfast?" He asked as he put on his dark blue shirt and socks.

    "Your favorite pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon and orange juice!" His mother yelled to him from the bottom level of the house. "Sounds amazing mom I'm coming!" Garen yelled back as he put on his fingerless gloves and goggles. He quickly ran down the stairs and jumped a few and slid into the kitchen. "Here ya go," His mother said handing Garen his plate as he flew by. Garen then zipped into a chair placed at the table in the dinning room. "Looks good thank you mommy," He said graciously as he started to scarf down the food.

    "No problem honey I packed a backpack for your big journey i packed some food a sleep bag.....," His mother yet on but Garen didn't pay attention to the rest of the list as he grabbed the bag put it on and started to jet out of the house. "Love you mom I'll send letters and call you anyway I can," Garen said as he gave his mother a hug grabbed his black shoes and put them on as he walked out the door. As he finished putting on his shoes he noticed a boy riding a bike by his house. "Aww man I'm going to be late!" Garen thought in his head as he bolted after the boy who was far ahead of him.

    "I know a short cut!" Garen thought as he smirked not following the boys' route. He ran through a few bushes and through some trees to find himself at a road leading directly to the lab. "I'm home clean!" Garen shouted as he bolted toward the lab. "Phew tired!," Garen said panting in front of the pokemon lab. He busted through the door a smile on his face and shouted. "No need to fear Garen the best pokemon trainer is here!" Garen walked toward professor Rowan a big grin across his face. "Hmmm this one has a lot of spirit in him," Professor Rowan said. "Go ahead pick a ball," Professor Rowan said pointing Garen to a table with pokeballs. "This one," Garen said picking a ball. As he looked at the ball and it opened releasing a orange-red lizard pokemon. "Aww sweet a charamander," Garen said excited. "Yes good choice my boy," Professor Rowan said. "He's name shall be Blitz and together we'll be the best!" Garen shouted shaking hands with his new pokemon partner.
     
    Marina giggled when Terratour nuzzled against her knee, and smiled when he went over to Flare. She had heard the doors slam open and a voice yell something and looked toward the sound spotting a boy roughly four years older than her receiving a Charmander. Letting out a small sigh at the fact that so far she was the only ten year old she went over to him leaving Flare to play.

    "Hello, I'm Marina and thats Flare" she said pointing at her Torchic before extending her hand to him. She couldn't help but feel slightly intimidated by being the youngest and only girl.
     
    (OOC: I changed Terratour to Terra, if that's ok. Cos Terratour sounds like an ugly dinosaur and Turtwig is SO not ugly. xD)

    A boy, by the name of Garen fro what he heard, entered the lab and chose a Charmander. Great, another Fire type. If there was a battle against Marina or Garen, he'd lose with Terra. Brandon presumed the boy to be about 14 years, which means he was older by one year. Brandon smiled at him and said, "Hi, I'm Brandon. This is Terra."
     
    Garen's attention then turned to the two younger kids with a devilish look on his face. "Hey Blitz look the competition," Garen said to his new pokemon partner who was staring at him confused. Then a big smile grew across his face and he took hold of Marina's hand and started shaking her hand ferociously. "The name's Garen Gryger nice to meet you miss Marina," Garen said happily. He then let go of her hand and turned his attention to Brandon. "Hi Brandon, Terra I'm Garen and this is Blitz," Garen responded pointing to Blitz who was distracted by something and not paying attention. "Hey you over grown lizard pay attention!" Garen yelled jokingly toward Blitz. "Char?" Blitz said a confused look on his face. "So Blitz let's get out of here and go train already!" Garen said as he started to walk out of the pokemon lab Blitz following after
     
    Professor Rowan looked up as one of the kids started to leave. "Just a moment kids i have something to tell you before you head out" he called. Marina stopped Flare in her arms as she looked at the professor.
     
    Terra hopped into Brandon's arms just as Professor Rowan wanted to speak to them. He looked at him waiting for the professor to tell them whatever they need to know. Meanwhile, Terra started licking his fingers. It looked cute when it was having fun, it's leaves on it's head wagged every now and then.
