All my Pokemon have reached level 25 and now none of them gain XP anymore... No XP is gained in battles against wild Pokemon or against other trainers

hey mate - i absolutely love this ROM Hack. Are you able to tell me where i can find the trainer locations for the MASTERS and Johto gym leaders? I
I am no good with Github and struggling to find their locations. I have found the levels and movesets under trainers and trainer parties in data section of Github but i can't find their locations. If there is a word document with all this can you please share or link where i can download from?

I defeated the six masters from islands 1-6. I can't find Armstrong in the Moenn Chamber in Island 7. How do we find him?
