Hey, I play it on my PC using emulator.Today, I used master ball by mistake so I can't catch mewtwo in the futre. Is there any way to get it back by hacking or using cheat?

Yes, there would be cheats; idk them myself but I'm sure they could be googled. In fact I just did: https://www.pokemoncoders.com/fire-red-master-ball-cheat/

Pokefan you know.. you CAN catch mewtwo with the other pokeballs right? It's just a little harder. You just need a good tank Pokemon, a status condition on Mewtwo, and lots of Ultraballs. You know this right?? Mewtwo isn't impossible. I would have saved the masterball for the roaming legendary.
