    What Pokemon games did you find to be marketing disasters/failures?

    Often feel like the early years of Black/White didn't catch with the audience because they were a "soft reboot" and people didn't like it. And Ruby/Sapphire was when a lot of people fell out of Pokemon.

    (Also BDSP were a disaster).

    Ultra Sun and Moon reveal was a failure in my opinion. The reveal trailer was tucked behind Pokkén (or some other spin-off) trailer with no introduction and barely any coverage after that. And it didn't help there was barely any follow up information released before Ultra versions were released.

    I don't even want to talk about BDSP. I still keep forgetting it was a thing.
