Chapter 1: Tournament Opening
Fire works were going off, lighting up the cool night sky. Crowds of people were gathered at the large stages in front of the tournament buildings. On the stage was an old man, about in his sixties. He wore a brown leather like coat, with a white collared shirt underneath. His pants were also a brown and leather like. The man raised his hand to silent the crowd of people. When the crowds all got silent he began to speak, "Hello Pokémon fans and trainers!" his voice was loud and booming over the many whispers and shuffling of the crowd, "For those of you who don't know, I am Bartholomew Trump, the President of the Pokémon Grand Tournament." The crowd began clapping and cheering. He raised his hand again to silence them again, "I would like to welcome all of you who came, to this great event. I'd like to give a hand to our sponsors, McRonald Donald's and Mintendo!" The crowd began cheering and clapping again as the representatives to the company's stood up and sat back down. "As we also welcome all trainers who have came all this way to participate in this event." There was more clapping and cheering, Bartholomew raised his hand again to silence the crowd again, "Quiet everyone, quiet!" The crowd fell silent again, "We hope you all enjoy your time here, remember to stay safe and that battles are only to be in the arena!" With that he turned and nodded at the gate guards. The Guards all began to open the large iron bar gates. More fireworks went off, spectators made their ways to the hotels. Trainers went to either the special hotel or the registration office first.
Bryant walked down to the Trainer's Hotel. He was about 15; he stood 5'11'' tall. His hair was a golden brown; he wore a long black trench coat with golden edges. The trench coat waved behind him as he walked. He wore a white collared shirt underneath his trench coat. His pants were long and sagged a bit. He had a trainer belt, carrying 6 red and white Pokéballs. His black running shoes were a bit worn from all his traveling. He walked into the hotel, his Pokéballs shined in the hotel light. He walked up to the hotel clerk, "Hello I'd like to sign in please." He was a bit tired; his steel-blue eyes were beginning to close every now and then. The hotel clerk looked, "Ah yes, please sign here sir." The hotel clerk held out a clipboard and pen. Bryant picked them both up. He wrote down his name in the name column and his age in the age column. He handed the clipboard back to the hotel clerk. He examined it for a moment and nodded, "Are you a Mr. Bryant Hackson?" The clerk asked.
"I am sir." Bryant nodded.
"Ah ok then here you are." The hotel clerk handed Bryant his room key.
The key was tagged with the numbers D207. Bryant nodded, picked up his suit case and walked over to the elevator. His room was on floor D—the 5th floor—Bryant hit the up arrow on the elevator and waited. One of his Pokéballs popped open. There was an electronic wind kind of sound and a red beam from the Pokéball in the shape of a cat. The red beam disappeared and the pokéball closed. His Espeon came out of it. "Espeon!" meowed Espeon as it rubbed against his leg. "Hey rose." Bryant laughed as he rubbed its head. Rose purred. The elevator door open and people began leaving it. "Well lets head on in rose." Him and rose stepped into the elevator and hit the button marked D. The button lit up and the elevator door closed. Bryant set his suit case down and yawned. It was getting pretty late and he had to register for the tournament. His Espeon meowed. The elevator dinged and stopped. Bryant picked up his suit case, the elevator door opened. "Come on rose." Bryant and Espeon left the elevated. The elevator door closed and left to the next floor. Bryant walked down the hallways till he came to a room marked, D207. "Well this must be it rose." He put the key in the door knob and unlocked it. He opened the door and entered his room.
The room had a lovely light brown carpet with a pokéball shape in the middle of it. In the corner to the east of him there was a PC. There was also a square bed on the east wall. It had a blue blanket on it and two nightstands with lamps to the side of it. The night stands had little drawers in them. On the west wall there was a large TV on top of a dresser. There was a large window to the north wall. Him and Espeon walked over to the window and looked out it. They could see people and shops lined on the road. He could also see the lights radiating from the battle building. "Well rose, this is out room." He set his suit case on his bed and began unpacking his clothes. "I wonder if there's a bathroom here." He asked himself, he turned around and saw a door to a bathroom about 5ft away from where the TV was, and near the window. "Ah there is one!" He continued unpacking his clothes and putting them in the dresser draws. When he was done he lied down on the bed and sighed. His Espeon jumped up onto the bed next to him. He petted Espeon and sat up. "I guess I should go register now huh?" He closed up the empty suit case and threw it under the bed then left the room.
Chapter 2: Registration
Bryant walked down to the East Dome Building to register for the tournament. His Espeon was following behind. When they entered the building it was packed with trainers and pokémon that weren't in their pokéball's. He saw an empty booth and walked over to it. "Hello I would like to register for the tournament please." A blonde girl was sitting at the booth she looked up from reading. She was wearing a red school uniform and a black skirt. "Oh ok!" she smiled. She began looking around for the registration papers. She looked up again, "You wouldn't by chance have a pokédex would you?" She asked standing up. She had a nervous look on her face.
"Yeah I have a pokédex." Bryant said as he dug in his pockets for it, "Here it is." He handed the pokédex to her. She stuck the pokédex in something then started typing stuff on her computer. "So what's your name?" she asked.
"Bryant, and yours?" he asked back.
"I'm melody," She responded, as she pushed her hair back behind her ear. "I guess we're both entering the tournament." She laughed.
"Wait," Bryant looked at her surprised, "you're entering the tournament also?" he asked.
"Yup I am!" She continued typing then gave the pokédex back, "Here you go." She smiled.
"Thanks." Bryant smiled back. He turned when she stopped him, "I forgot to say you're on Team Celestial Guard with me and a few other people."
"Oh ok" Bryant nodded, "come on rose." Bryant and his Espeon left the registration building to get some sleep, for tomorrow is when the tournament starts.
Chapter 3: Elimination Round
Bryant woke up yawning and rubbing his eyes. He sat up sitting there for a while, "The tournament!" He quickly jumped out of bed and climbed into his clothes. He began bushing his teeth and combing his hair as fast as he could, "Rose!" He yelled, "Com' on, wake up!" He said running out the door. Rose quickly got up and ran after him.
He went running down to the tournament hall as fast as he could, He could see the rest of his team waiting at the front door. He ran over to them panting, "Hey...guys..." He caught his breath as quick as he could and straightened himself.
"Hey!" Melody yelled as she waved.
"Hey melody, what's up?" Bryant asked.
"Nothing, we were just waiting for you." said a Scottish voice.
Bryant turned and saw the largest guy he'd ever seen, "'Oy, its impolite to stare!" yelled the Scotsman.
"Oh I'm sorry," Bryant changed his gaze elsewhere "You're just really huge that's all." He laughed nervously.
"Oh that," The Scotsman looked a bit embarrassed "I have my mum to blame for that, she feed me really nutritious foods since I was a wee baron," The Scotsman extended his hand out to Bryant "The names Kane!" He grabbed Bryant's hand tightly and began waving him all over the place.
"Hey, Hey, don't kill him before he even gets a chance to battle." A cool relaxed voice said from the corner. A man stepped out wearing a long over coat, "My name is Nantai." He said, waving to Kane to let go of Bryant.
"I'm sure you're already familiar with Melody" Asked Nantai.
"Yeah I am." Bryant replied while checking to see if his arm became dislocated.
"And obviously you know Kane."
Kane chuckled.
"Our final member is Benito, but it papers as though he is late also." Nantai said leaning against one of the pillars in front of the tournament building.
"Oh here he comes now!" Melody said looking over the horizon.
They saw a guy running over as fast as he could in a white suit. He was apparently tripping on himself. "Hey, sorry I'm late!!" Benito yelled. He ended up crashing into Kane's large stomach, "Oh, sorry Kane." He laughed embarrassed.
"Well I guess we should be heading in now." Nantai said. Bryant and the team entered the tournament hall.
The tournament hall was very well lit by all the windows at the front of the building where they entered. There were small fountains here and there. The ceiling was also one large window. Nantai stopped at the front desk and began talking to the receptionist.
"So, is Nantai our team leader?" Bryant whispered to Kane and Melody.
"Yeah he is." The Scotsman whispered.
"He's always cool and collected, it's kind of weird." Melody whispered back.
They waited at the front desk while Nantai got them signed in. Nantai turned toward them, "Well be entering an elimination round since there's so many people." Nantai said coolly.
"Elimination round?" Bryant asked.
"That's where we fight against a lot of other people; the loser has to drop out of the tournament." Kane explained.
"Yup that's right, but we have to send a representative for our team to fight for us." Nantai added, "So who's gonna go battle for us."
"Well how about Bryant?" Melody suggested.
"Hm...Bryant do want to battle for us?" Nantai asked.
"Sure!" Bryant yelled excitedly, "Just tell me where to go!"
"Atta boy." Kane hit Bryant's shoulder.
"You head down the East Wing, from there you should get some doors you enter the elimination round room."
"Alright," Bryant said making sure he had all his pokéballs, "I'll be going then."
"Good luck!" They all shouted.
The elimination room was packed. Bryant found a spot where he could fit in. He looked up and found himself by two huge guys looking down at him.
"Would you look at that we have a runt in this tournament." One of them said shoving Bryant.
"Hey don't," The other started "He might drop out and cry."
Ignore 'em... Bryant thought to himself.
"Fighters please come to the front of the room and draw a raffle ticket to see who you'll be fighting."
Bryant made his way to the front of the room and drew his raffle ticket. It had a 1 on it. I guess I'll be fighting first... He thought to himself again. He made his way back to where he was in the room. After about 20 minutes had passed the announcer started again, "Will fighters 1 and 2 please make their way to the arena!!"
"That's me." Bryant gulped. He walked onto the arena nervously. Espeon teleported into the arena. Another man came walking onto the arena. "Hehe," He chuckled "I'll make this quick..." He said spitting.
"Trainers ready?! Go!" The referee yelled.
"Go, Rose!" Bryant yelled. Rose quickly ran onto the arena.
"Go, Cacturne!" The other man yelled as he threw his pokéball out to the arena.
"Espeon use confusion!" Bryant yelled. His Espeon sat there, suddenly the Cacturne started to fly backwards.
"Cacturne use pin missile!" The other trainer yelled.
"Caaac..turn!!" The Cacturne yelled as it shot needles from its arms.
"Espeon, dodge it!!" Bryant yelled.
His Espeon quickly moved out of the way, but the Cacturne didn't let up.
What!?
His Espeon fell over but quickly got back up.
"Rose, use psybeam!!" Bryant yelled.
His Espeon shot a colorful beam from the jewel on its forehead at the Cacturne. The Cacturne flew back onto its owner.
"Cacturne is unable to battle, the winner is Bryant!!" The referee yelled.
"Yes Bryant yelled happily."
"You may return back to your team now." The referee whispered to Bryant.
Bryant ran back to his team shouting.
"Did you win laddie!?" Kane yelled.
"Yeah I won!" Bryant yelled back.
"Atta boy!!" The Scotsman yelled getting Bryant in a bear hug that was more like a death hug.
"Hey! Good job Bryant." Melody laughed.
"Sí, muy bueno!" Benito patted him on the back.
"Great job Bryant." Nantai said shaking Bryant's hand.
Chapter 4: The Lucky man.
The elimination rounds took a few days and Bryant was getting bored. He decided to go look around at all the festivities going on while the elimination rounds were still going.
He stopped at some carnival games being played. He saw some people trying to get rings on bottles and knock over bottles. "These look kinda fun don't they rose?" Bryant asked his Espeon. Espeon meowed. He noticed a large crowd of people around a strength tower, "Wanna go take a look at what's going on rose?" Bryant asked rose. Espeon meowed and ran into the crowd of people, Bryant followed.
He made it to the front of the crowd to see the large Scotsman talking to the game owner.
"You ruined my game you big behemoth!!" The game owner shouted.
"I'm sorry sir; I'll help you get another one…" The Scotsman spoke gloomily.
"Hey Kane," Bryant walked over "What's up?" Bryant asked.
"Oh nothing…just the game isn't strong enough for me and I broke it…" He said holding out a broken hammer, bell, and the weight that hits the bell.
"Whoa…" Bryant gasped in awe.
"Yeah…kind of a bummer…say Bryant, Benito was looking for you awhile ago; you should go find him."
Bryant left the crowd and soon heard a crying game owner. He went walking around when he saw someone sneaking around the game booths. Why's that guy sneaking? Bryant thought to himself. He decided to follow the guy. The man stopped at another game booth. "Bryant! There you are amigo!" Bryant turned around to find Benito. "Oh hey Benito." He turned back around and saw the man was gone. "What're you looking at?" Benito asked standing over Bryant's shoulder. "Uh…nothing," Bryant turned back around "What is it you needed?" Bryant asked.
"El pozo I esperaba que usted lucharía con mí." Benito asked.
"Say what?" Bryant asked confused.
"I was hoping you would battle with me." Benito said with his Spanish accent.
"Oh! Yeah sure!" Bryant said excitedly, "But wait, isn't battling outside the arena off limits?" Bryant asked.
"Ah it is, but we'll be battling in a training area in the tournament buildings basement amigo" Benito said smiling.
They headed back to the tournament building. They soon go to the basement after a long flight of stairs. They stopped at some benches to rest. "So Benito," Bryant started "What kind of pokémon do you train?" He asked. "Ah you are curious? Well," Benito began "I train water and flying types, ¿qué sobre usted?" Benito asked. "Come again?" Bryant said confused again. Benito sighed, "What about you?" He asked again. "Oh! Well I train Eevee's and their evolutions mostly." Bryant smiled. Benito got up, "Well let us begin." He walked to one of the empty arenas. Bryant followed.
The arena was large. It was a terra alternating arena. The arena right now was grassy with some trees. "Ok amigo, are you ready?" Benito asked. "As ready as I'll ever be." Bryant replied with a snug look. "Ok then, let us begin! Come on out, Arturo!" He yelled as he threw his pokéball out in the field. The pokéball popped open, out of it appeared a Xatu. "Xaaatt" The Xatu yelled as it came out of its pokéball. "Ok and my pokémon of choice Leafy go!" Bryant threw out his pokéball. A Leafeon appeared from the pokéball. "Lea!" The leafeon called as it appeared from its pokéball. "I shall make the first move, ¡Arturo, vista futura del uso!" The Xatu began to glow and the surroundings became wavy. Suddenly everything was back to normal. "What…was that…it was weird." Bryant mumbled to himself. "Leafy, use take down!" Bryant yelled.
His Leafeon went running at the Xatu. "Arturo, Teleport!" Benito yelled. His Xatu disappeared and Bryant's leafeon ended up crashing into a tree. The Xatu reappeared behind the leafeon. "¡Arturo! ¡Utilice el viento siniestro!" Benito yelled. A large purple colored wind blew at leafeon. The leafeon fell over and struggled to get back up. "Now Arturo! Utilice la vista futura!" Benito yelled. The Xatu began glowing again. The arena in front of Bryant's leafeon began to ripple. Suddenly his leafeon was launched back into the tree. "What…what was that just now?" Bryant asked dumbfounded. "That señor, was future sight…" Benito pulled out his pokéball and recalled his Xatu. "So, best 2 out of 3?" Benito asked. "You're on!" Bryant yelled as he recalled his leafeon. "Alright then, go, Isabella!" Benito yelled throwing out his next pokéball.
Out of it appeared a Dewgong. "Dewgong gong!" The Dewgong shouted. "Alright and now I choose, Spidey!" Bryant yelled throwing out his next pokéball. Out of it appeared a Ariados. "Ah so you are not a all Eevee trainer?" Benito asked. "Yeah, if I was wouldn't have one the elimination round but, come to think of it, it was thanks to rose that I won," He petted roses head "lets get this started!" He yelled. Just then the arena began to change. It became almost all water, except for some islands here and there. "Haha," Benito laughed "luck seems to be on my side, Dewgong! Get in the water and use aura beam!" The Dewgong leaped into the water and fired a rainbow colored beam from the horn on its head. "Deeewwwgooonng!" The Dewgong yelled. "Spidey dodge it!" Bryant yelled. His ariados shot a web from its mouth over to the next island and quickly ran on the web to the island. "Spidey, now use, psychic!" The field began to get wavy just like with future sight. The Dewgong was knocked into one of the islands, "Dewww!" The Dewgong yelled. "Isabella!" Benito shouted "use aqua jet!" The Dewgong dived back under the water and reemerged out of the water flying at Ariados. "Ariados try dodging it!" Bryant yelled. His Ariados tried getting out of the way but was to slow and was knocked off the island and into the water. Benito laughed, "¡Ha que su insecto no puede nadar!" He laughed. "I haven't a clue as to what you just said, but I don't really care!" Bryant yelled. He looked up at the ceiling, Ah ha! "Ariados!" He called, "Quick before you drown shoot a web onto the ceiling and pull yourself out the water." He yelled. The Ariados made some strange high pitched hissing noises and shot a web at the ceiling and pulled itself out of the water.
"Now position yourself on the ceiling and use pin missile!" He called, "Arrriii…Dooos!!" The Ariados yelled as it began shooting glowing white pins at Benito's Dewgong. "Dewgong, dive under the water!" Benito shouted. His Dewgong dived under the water quickly swimming away from pin missiles flying at it. "Now, use ice beam!" He yelled. The Dewgong poked out of the water and fired a blue beam up at the Ariados. "Oh no!, Spidey move!!" Shouted Bryant. His Ariados was about to move but was then frozen by the ice beam and fell back into the water. Bryant sighed and pulled out Ariados's pokéball, "Ariados, return." A red beam came out of the pokéball and hit Ariados. Ariados then turned red and disappeared with the beam. "¡Yahoo! ¡Ganamos el Dewgong!" Benito cheered. Benito returned his pokémon and walked over to Bryant. "You were very Bueno out there." Benito said patting Bryant's back. "Luck was on my side today!" Benito smiled. "Hey Benito?" Bryant asked. "What were those moves you made your Xatu use?" He asked. "Ah I told him to use Future sight, teleport, and ominous wind." Benito answered. "Oooh."
They left the arena and began walking down the hallway to the stairs. Bryant noticed the rest of the team at the end of the hallway. "So did ya lose?" Nantai asked. "Yeah I lost." Bryant replied. "Heh we all have." Melody smiled. "Aye, that we did." Kane laughed. "Wait so you all lost to Benito?" Bryant asked confused. "Yup we have," Nantai chuckled "he say's its all luck, but I think its skill." Nantai whispered loud enough for Benito to hear.
"But it is luck amigo!" Benito contradicted, "I'm not very good at battling!"
Nantai laughed, "Then we must have one very lucky person in our team."
The rest of the team laughed. "Well we better be heading back to our hotel rooms, the elimination rounds have ended and the tournament is starting tomarrow." Said Melody as she began walking upstairs. "Yeah we'd better go to bed." Nantai yawned.
When they all began walking back to the hotel. The Scotsman was talking about stewed lamb stomach when he saw that strange shady looking guy over at a gazebo. He was talking to someone else then handed the person something. The other man tipped his hat and began walking away. The shady looking man turned around and looked at Bryant. Bryant quickly looked away. "Something wrong lad?" Asked Kane. "No…I'm fine." Bryant replied silently. They all entered the hotel and left for their rooms to get some sleep. "Rose, do you find that one guy whose been sneaking around…weird?" Bryant asked. Rose meowed. They stepped off the elevator and walked to their room to get some well deserved sleep.
Chapter 5: Tournament Fight Chart.
Bryant awoke the next morning. Today is the tournament. He thought to himself. He got out of bed and began going though this normal mourning routine. He shook rose away. Rose yawned and meowed annoyed. "Aw come on rose don't be like that." He laughed.
He met the rest of his team at the tournament building's doors. "Hey guys, did yall have a good night sleep?" Bryant asked. Kane bent over and whispered to Nantai, "Yall?" he whispered. "Yeah we all had a good sleep!" Melody laughed. Nantai turned and began to enter the building "We should be heading in and see who our team is paired up to fight against." The rest of the team nodded and followed him.
The room they were in was large. From the "Islands" of people, Bryant could see that about 6 teams—counting them—made it to the actual tournament. Bryant looked around and noticed that same shady guy from yesterday. He tugged at the scotsman's arm. "Hey don't you think that he's kind of…creepy." Bryant said nodding over to the shady man. "Aye laddie, but lets not make it apparent that we're staring at him." Kane turned around. A man wearing a suit came walking into the room. "Hello everyone!" He shouted happily, "Lets get everyone all matched up!" A large TV screen came down from the ceiling. There was a large, forked, tournament styled picture on it. "Alright now the computer shall be deciding who will fight who!" said the man. "That guy is too happy…" Nantai mumbled. The names at the bottom of the chart stopped randomizing.
Chapter 6: First fight.
"Looks like you're fighting first Kane!" Nantai laughed. Kane groaned. "Well we should go take our seats." Nantai said as he walked out of the room.
The arena was huge. It was a Tera Area so it alternated though geographic settings. The setting was "Mountain" for this match. Melody sat next to Bryant. Nantai and Benito sat next to each other and were discussing battle strategies. The crowd was cheering loudly. A man walked onto the arena he was wearing white and black clothes. He was obviously the referee. "Alright everyone lets get this battle underway!" He yelled into the microphone, "our first fighter, Kane!" He turned and held out his hand to one side of the arena. Kane came walking out. He looked embarrassed. "And out next fighter, Tyrell Smith!" he turned again and held out his hand at the other side of the arena. Tyrell came walking out, waving and blowing kisses. "He's a pretty boy…" Melody sneered. Bryant didn't pay attention to her comment much. "Who do you think would win?" Bryant asked "Kane or Tyrell?"
"I guess it would depend on what pokémon they choose first." Melody replied. Bryant and Melody were getting anxious for the battle to start. "Alright fighters we want a good fair fight!" exclaimed the referee, "So no cheating alright?" The two fighters nodded. "Alright, let's begin!" The referee yelled.
"Come on out, Cyrus!" Kane yelled as he threw out his pokéball. It popped open and out of it came a Charizard. The Charizard roared and blew fire. "Get out there Medicham!" The other fighter yelled. Out of his pokéball came a Medicham. "Cyrus, use fire spin!" Kane yelled. His Charizard roared and blew a tornado of fire at the Medicham. The medicham got caught in it and was being burned. "Medicham," Tyrell yelled "use ice punch!"
The Medicham jumped out of the fiery vortex. Its fist began to glow, it came dropping down at the charizard. "Cyrus, fly!" Kane yelled. The Charizard looked up and began to fly into the sky. The medicham came down and hit the ground. "Medicham, again!" Tyrell barked. His Medicham jumped back up into the air. He was going to throw another ice punch at Kane's Charizard. "Cyrus, substitute then pile drive!" Kane yelled. "Pile drive?" The other fighter said confused. There was a poof of smoke and the Medicham hit Cyrus's substitute. Cyrus flew back at Medicham and grabed him. "Meda!?" Cyrus flipped over and began dropping and spinning. There was a large crash on the arena and Medicham was hit head first into the ground. "Good job Cyrus!" Kane yelled throwing Charizard a treat. The Charizard caught it and gulped it down. "Grr…Medicham, return!" Tyrell growled as he called back his Medicham into its pokéball. "Gengar, go!" Tyrell yelled throwing out another pokéball. Out of it came a Gengar. "Gaaar!" The Gengar yelled. "I guess I should be calling ya back to Cyrus, return." The Charizard gave one last roar and was returned back to its pokéball.
"Get on out there, lassie!" Kane yelled throwing out his next pokéball. "Garde!!" Cried a Gardevoir. "Gengar, use shadow punch!" Tyrell yelled. "Lassie, do some of your womanly stuff!" Kane winked. The Gardevoir was surrounded by hearts and began "Teasing" the Gengar. The Gengar stopped and gazed at the gardevoir. "No!" Tyrell yelled, "Don't fall for it, it's a attract!"
The Gengar didn't listen and continued gazing. "Ha!" Kane laughed, "Lassie use magical leaf!" Gardevoir began scattering colorful leaves around the Gengar. The leaves then flew at the Gengar knocking it over. "Grr…" Tyrell growled, "Gengar, Shadow ball!" Tyrell yelled. "Gen..gar…" The Gengar replied in a dream like state. "Ha! It appers your gengar is too much of a lover-boy!" Kane taunted, "Lassie use hypnosis!" Kane yelled. "Garrr…devoir…" The gardevoir said also in a dream like state. The Gengars eyes began to droop. They soon shut. Tyrell growled. "Now lassie, use, dream eater!" Kane yelled. The Gardevoir began to float and white and black balls began flying to it from the Gengar. The Gengar fell over. "Gengar is unable to battle," The referee yelled, "send out your next pokémon!"
Tyrell growled, "He won't beat you…" He said taking out his next pokéball, "Go, Mettagross!" Out of it was a blue four leged pokémon. It looked kinda like a spider with a "X" on its face. "Gardevoir, return!" Kane yelled. His Gardevoir returned back to its pokéball. "Go, Chompy!" Kane yelled. He threw out his next pokéball. Out of it came a shark like pokémon on two legs. "Gaaar!!!" The Garchomp roared. "Metagross, use frustration!" Tyrell yelled. "Metagross!" Metagross yelled. It flew at the Garchomp knocking it pretty far back. "Garchomp," Kane yelled "you alright?!" Kane asked. "Gaar…" Garchomp jumped back up, "Chomp!" It nodded. That was pretty strong frustration attack, Bryant thought to himself, That Metagross must really not like that guy. "Garchomp, use dragon rush!" Kane yelled. The Garchomp charged at metagross quickly. Its head and body began to glow blue. "Metagross, move!" Tyrell yelled. The metagross ignored the order and was hit by the attack. The metagross flew back but quickly ran back forward. "Good metagross use hammer arm!" Tyrell yelled. "Meta…" The metagross turned away. It used earthquake instead. Kane's garchomp fell over. "Garchomp, end it with giga impact!" Kane yelled. The garchomp jumped back up and charged at the metagross and knocked clear into the arena wall. The metagross was knocked out. "Metagross is unable to battle, Kane wins!" The referee held up a green flag. The crowd cheered loudly and all of Kane's team ran out onto the arena to congratulate him. "Wasn't that a great battle!?" Benito asked. "Yeah it was…" Bryant replied quietly. But that frustration attack, it was too strong. Bryant thought to himself as they left to their seats.
