Okay, two things. One, there is no storyline. Try adding one, rather than keeping the old, boring one of going to defeat Team Rocket and collect gym badges. Also, if you insist on making a Johto remake, please don't rename the region. Johto is already essentially a different country, it is just connected to Kanto by one road.

And two, you might want to upload all of your images. I would suggest ImageShack. Just copying and pasting the directory that the screenshots are in doesn't work.

By the way, I don't try to sound mean. You just need to work on some things to make your hack better.
