i have a question. i will pre order the game but i want the game that contains growlithe can you tell me which version contains growlithe(the version where you can catch growlithe).

Growlithe? isnt that that fire dog that u need fire stone to evolve with that was Red versions respond to Vulpix? anyway, i think it will be in fire red/ leaf green.

I am pretty sure it is in FireRed, but go ahead and go to www.serebii.net and look at the FireRed exclusive Pokemon and see just to be sure/

yup, you'll want firered, i'm getting that game over leafgreen just for scyther, so it seems like were doing the same thing here. (that makes us awesome)
