FireRed hack: Pokemon Kanto X/Y (Final version out, this took WAAAY too long!!)

I've decided to reboot this hack and make it a FireRed hack since I know of a ROM base I can use for this. BlackStorm20x just stop working on the Ruby version, OK? :) I'll PM you new instructions.

It will have physical/special split and it will probably not have reusable TMs.
