volcarona with hurricane
genesect with flamethrower and fire blast
rhydon and rhyperior with surf

so post in the comments some other pokemon learning moves they're weak against it

Dragon types learning dragon moves and icebeam.

Dialga's the only Dragon type that isn't weak to Dragon moves but it learns Earthquake and Brick Break so it's still vulnerable to itself.

Dragon types learning dragon moves does not count it's kinda like a ghost type with a ghost type move it's neutral actually

Volcarona can most likely learn Hurricane because of its massive wings.

Genesect most likely learns Flamethrower because it's a projectile move that can be fired, as most of its Special moves imply.

A Rhydon in the anime was shown to overcome its fear of water, enabling it to learn Surf.
