Pokemon Level Up Challenge

I am attempting this with a BUNEARY il update every 50 lvl's so twice maybe a bit more.

Are semi-legendaries such as Lucario allowed? If so, I may do this on my Pearl.

well, I was doing a solo run with my Horsea who was hatched from an egg and is now at lvl 90. I guess I'll have to fight the elite 4 a few times, but it shouldn't be that hard at lvl 90.

Oh, and it's on HG btw.

Can I do this?

PS.Does pseudo-legendaries like Dratini are allowed?

Dratini isn't a semi-legendary; you can find more than one.
