Information:

Story:
One day.. Team Crystal stole the 3 gems of the Icegem City.. which is the Blue Gem
Pink Gem and the Yellow Gem.. which will summon Dialga, Palkia and Giratina
then the news spread through the region of Shi. then 3 weeks after the sad event

You have just woke up then when you go down.. your mom told you that Professor Oak
needs your help... so you go to the Laboratory... Professor Oak tells you about the
Lost Crystals that has been stolen by the Team Crystal who wants the Legendary Pokemons Dialga, Palkia and Giratina to own the Region of Shi.. So you approved
Your Journey begins with the starter Piplup, Charmander or Chikorita....
will you beat Team Crystal and get the 3 lost gems or will you let Team Crystal summoned the three greatest pokemon in the Region of Shi!

I have to agree. It looks a little flat, particularly the hair. Also, it needs a bit more color.

Hey...This looks Familiar...It looks like Light Platinum...With some Edits...Even Darkrai looks identical to Light Platinum's...But the OW of the Hero's Sprite is Awesome...

Oh Yes...the Ow Looks like the Ranger that was Recolored...You'll need Permission from Wesley to use his Light Platinum as a base...And you need to change more...i can Easily tell Its a light Platinum Clone...Just wanted to point that out...

Anyways, the story seems like the basic Nintendo® formula but with a slight twist. I hope you'll develop that a little more but it looks good for the most part.

I'm pretty sure you're telling the truth.
Wesley gave permission before, but the hack never sticked.
Now, to the screenshots.
They look promising, but there's a catch.
In the screenshot with the Contest Hall, the door is split into 2 tiles.
The door must be in one tile in order for the player to enter the building properly.
