Explanation;
As you might know, there is a hack by me called Pokemon Moonlight. I have deiceded to make an RMXP game of it, too. I hope you like it.

Made in RMXP.


Introduction And Awards:
Hello, and welcome to the world of Pokemon Moonlight, where new pokemon await on the new places in the Jinju region. Hi there, Im Nytkoi, a beginning game designer for all types (hacks, xp, im pretty good with 2003) and so yea.. here is my new production.

Storyline:
Pokemon Moonlight Version- Story v.02

Thanks to Neo Pikachu for creating and Poke-fyu for some
of the ideas of the story.

This is plainly a fangame originated by Nytkoi, August 28, 2008.

PART 1
-------------------------------------------------------------------|
In the year 20x1, you are a seven year old pokemon fanatic. You have
dreams of becoming a pokemon master of the Jinju Region once you turn 10.
You live on the peacful and small town of Elderford. Your father works
at the lighthouse. Your best friend, April/Colin's father works there
too. But, on November 3rd, 20x1, something tragic happened to your
family, making your father enraged.

PART 2

Your father is working at the Lighthouse with April/Colin's father,
working to fix a small problem. At your house, your mother is treating
your little sister, who has been ill for weeks. This makes it hard for
your father to go to work. He does not want to leave his sick child.
Your mother makes sure everyone is calm and it's just like any other
sickness, but Inside, she is worried as well.

A week after that day, your mother calls the Doctor from Neicawave
City to check on her daughter, a.k.a your little sister.
After a few hours of testing and catscans, your little sister, Daisy,
is diagnosed with... PokeRus.
Your mother is in complete shock. She stammers, saying that is a pokemon
disease. The doctor agrees, but explains something tragic happening in the
human world. The only reason your mother is shocked it becuase Elderford
is far away from big Citys in the Jinju Region, and they do not hear much.

The Doctor that came to Elderford Island on a special ship to get
there as quickly as possible explained to your family about PokeRus,
except your father is not home. He is working at the LightHouse, not knowing
that his little daughter has just been diagnosed with the most newly discovered
cancer.

PART 5
---------------------------------------------------------------------|
PokeRus mysteriously became a disease for humans as well as Pokemon on
September 12, 20x0. An old women named Agatha was diagnosed and died
that very same month. As the year of 20x0 went by, houndreds of people
in the Jinju region were diagnosed of PokeRus, which stunned scientists.
They had no idea what this disease was and how it became a human disease,
and why it affects humans worse then pokemon. They called the year 20x0 the
Tragic Mystery.

Now, your mother is even more shocked. By the end of the day, when
your father comes back from the LightHouse, it was time for the Doctor
to leave. Your mother quickly explains everything to your father. Before
he can even pull himself together with shock, the Doctor tells them that
he needs to take their daughter away from them to the Hospital in the bigger
parts of the Jinju region. The Doctor then takes the seriously ill child to the special
ship. Your father runs after the Doctor yelling that it wasn't right to take their
daughter, but it was too late. Your mother and father's daughter had been taken
away from them.

PART 7

As a result, when your father came back, he took the old boat from the garage
of the house and rowed after the ship that carried his daughter. Now, your
family has lost two members, not knowing where they were or if they were alright.
Now, in 20x4, you are 10, and going to getting your first pokemon at the
Sunshine City pokemon center. Your mother only lets you leave the island becuase
she wants you to find that hospital, and find out if your father is there and
if your little sister is alright. At the Sunshine City Center, there is a small
lab where you get your first pokemon. Then, you set out on a journey, not to become
a pokemon master like you had dreamed of on the year after the tragic year, but
to find out the mystery of what became of your father and your little sister.

Whenever you talk to an NPC, before it says anything, it says 'Would you like to surf?' and if you say no, It says what it is supposed to. /

It seems well executed thus far, but I must comment about the maps. They are by no doubt different, but at the same time as they have a natural sense to them, they have an unfinished texture as well. Besides being a little small (the world is just one winding path), the maps have points where they need work.

Also, the dialogue, from what I've seen, isn't really how people talk. Try to listen to people speaking fluent, colloquial English and model that after the writing in the game.

The intro looks great, but mabye make a little more graphical instead of pixely? >:D

Help thread that you found out how to do battles, so once you get a screen of that, your game will be pretty awesome! Basiclly, I love everything graphic wise, exept the Intro. Too Pixely =P

Ive seen you wanted to make the titlescreen smaller, to do that just crate a new game, change to the desired resolution than save your game. Close everything and restart the game.exe.

About your game: Its getting really cool and has alot of potential, but Ive seen you are still learning how to use essentials. If I were you i would take a couple of hours to read entirelly the notes.html file, it will help alot.

With the help of Wichu, I understand how to do wild pokemon battles. I think I know how to do trainer battles. Ill try to get a screenshot of a battle soon. And, Neo is almost finished with the story!!

Thanks for saying I inspire you :3 I'm so happy that you think so :D So~ The game looks good so far :3 I love your maps, I can definitely tell that you have potential as a serious mapper, which is nice to see x3

On your old map list, I think you should keep Sunshine City and Niecawave City :o Those look really good, with some editing they could be fantastic!

As for critiquing on the storyline, It's good, though you should spell 'Professor' correctly :p Anywho, it's good, and it constricts the player into the league, instead of every 10 year old's dream to become a Pokemon Master XD;; Will you be throwing in an Evil Team? ;o

Yes, Neo-Pikachu is editting the story and will finally be finished tommorow! And we will have a evil team like thing... =P I think Sunshine City and Neicawave City are good too, but I'm going to have to change Sunshine City to give it a port becuase you take a ship to leave Elderford Island.

On an update; for the new storyline, we will be having a sequence at the start of the game that might take awhile. Before I get started on THAT, I am going to redo the battle HP boxes and other battle things.

This looks like a promising game, one that I'll keep my eye on. One question though, will you change the part about pokerus , cause I like how it has a major part in your story.
