I've watched most of the Pokemon movies and I have noticed a few errors. I'll list what I have seen or heard in the movies that seem to be errors to me. COrrect me if I'm wrong and feel free to post other errors that you have seen or heard throughout.

    Pikachu's Vacation Errors:
--After the music, the Pokemon stampede over poor little Pikachu and you hear Psyduck's voice trailing off with the others. Right after that, you see Psyduck standing with the Pokemon surrounding Togepi. There's not supposed to be 2 Psyducks.

    Mewtwo Strikes Back Errors:
--When the trainers start their journey to Mewtwo's island, Gyarados' mouth is blue, rather than the normal cream color.
--Once Mewtwo caputes the Pokemon, there's a scene similar to "Who's that Pokemon?" and it shows a series of Pokemon and Team Rocket is naming them off. The first Pokemon shown is Scyther, yet Team Rocket says "Alakazam."
--In Mewtwo Strikes Back the guy's Pidgeot's name is Pidgeotto, and I don't really think someone would nickname it Pidgeotto... (thanks Blazed)

    Spell of the Unown Errors:
--If you read the computer screen when it shows data about Unown, Unown's name is spelled "Unknown."

    Destiny Deoxys Errors:
--In the 7th movie, pay attention to the directions where Ash and Tory are turning the jump rope. You'll notice that Tory is turning the rope in the opposite direction from Ash. This has been corrected in the Japanese DVD version, but 4Kids used the theater version for the English release. (Thanks Unown_)

Yeah.... that's pretty much all I know, but I'm pretty sure there are more errors out there.

Pidgeot is pronounced "Pijotto" in Japanese (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pidgeot). Since it sounds a lot like "Pidgeotto", I'm guessing that the dubbers mixed up those two names during the translation.

I havn't noticed that myself, but I'll add it to the list. I would check, but I don't have the 7th Pokemon Movie...

In most of the animes there are scenes where the animators screw up the colour. It's a common mistake.

But the one with Alakazam.. now that's obvious.. and I hate obvious mistakes! >.<

Oh and the one with Pidgeotto is just so damn funny.. Please don't mind this but how dumb can you get?

And as far as other flaws are concerned.. I didn't watch the 7th film only the first 4. But I gotta say you have a sharp eye xD

With the Unown thing they probably put "Uknown" because thats how you really spell it. Its true they are "Uknown" you know. so I think thats a reason why they did that

Yeah, the Unknown is not an error. That's its official Japanese romanization (of Anoon).

In the Lucario movie, when he gets released from the staff, his feet are blue. xD

Oh, and you missed the Mewtwo Strikes Back, Meowth's misnaming of Sandslash as Sandshrew.

As others have said, because Pidgeot's Japanese name is Pidgeotto (and Pidgeotto is Pijon), its an easy enough mistake...
