[Completed] Pokemon Nebula

Does anyone know how to evolve Seadra? I tried looking at for the tradestone at the Stepford Department Store and couldn't find them in the stone section, and I've given my seadra a dragon scale and it's leveled up and still hasn't evolved. If anyone knows how to evolve Seadra in the game please let me know.

first floor in the department store , last one on the right sells the tradestone
 
Copy pasted trainer. The two next fan game have the same thing?
(Not once but too many). Trainer with the same pokemon than an other and in the same order (the only thing perhaps the only thing that differentiates them is their levels).

I cannot download Pokemon Nebula 1 for some reason it get an error saying an unexpected error is preventing the files from being extracted idk why, Help?
 
I just donwloaded pokemon nebula 2 and it let me extras the files an i can play that but for some reason when i go to extract the files for Pokemon nebual 1 it stops about 30% of the way through
 
Are the animated spirtes only limited to those from B/W? are there more and does this change across your trilogy?
 
So I'm currently running into some issues. First thing, I'm unable to go down the two initial ladders in mirage cave. My character simply passes right over top of them. The second issue I'm encountering is that I am unable to determine how to progress beyond gym 2. I've checked all the houses, spoken to every npc, and walked through the game up until riverdale multiple times trying to find where to go. Idk if my game is bugged or if it's just a very obscure way to progress
 
@Mr.Paradox How can i change the hotkeys on pokemon nebula 1 since I would like to play this game but I use WASD to move and there isn't the f1 like the plasma 2-3
 
@Mr.Paradox do you know how to solve performance issues especially while walking on grass, i have a very good pc ngl so isn't a periferical problem it's mostly the game lagging for some reason close to the grass [nebula 2-3]

some big maps in most games will have lagging issues while using Speed up button , you can use the normal speed in those areas and it should be fine.
