    [Introduction]​


    Hello! Im new to hacking,
    My name is neo! and is willing to learn more.
    So because im new, I would like to:
    Do this myself - So I can learn much more.
    I hope you like this hack. I been planing for weeks!
    Idea's from shiny gold.​

    [Story]​

    The region of Araya was a beautiful place.
    which had a magnificent Surrounding, which produced
    Great People and Pokemon..​

    There are certain rules you must follow in the
    Araya region. Like, "Never Remove the "Neon Gem Stone"
    Team Neon is after it. a Firce Evil team of destruction.
    they were after a Gem Stone, which if destroyed,
    the region was destroyed..
    that is located in the heart of the Araya Region.
    On top of MT. Zataron.
    It was once foretold by a mystical old wise man,
    that a Crisis was brewing, and only a Legendary Pokemon
    Champion, was the only one who could stop a Cirtain
    Region Crisis.​

    Along with afew other fellow Rivals. Its all of your
    12th birthdays. and you are all about to recieve a
    New founded pokemon. Could You be the one?​

    but you have a good storyline
    but what about features
    you need more features do you have in your hack

    yeah, but he said MORE features, I agree, beautiful (which is spelled wrong) Scenery is an opinion, and could you add more starters, there are some people who don't lik chimchar, I don't like DP pokemon, except for some. You should add some originallity. but good luck :D.

    Dude! Don't use ruby, use Fire Red! Fire Red is much better (Well I think it is at least), anyways this sounds like a promising hack and I hope there will be some screenies soon:) ~gamehacker64

    Just the graphics are better. Everything else about Ruby is better. :\ I think.

    Seeing as you -seem- to understand tile inserting, just replace the worse tiles (the houses and trees) with FR ones, or completely new ones. Go for Ruby if you like Berries, Contests and aren't afraid to work. Use FR if you want easier stuff.

    Ok, you make we wanna challenge myself. Im gonna try to insert tiles to ruby.
    If I cant then im going to carryon with firered. =P.

    Tile Inserting is the same for both... Relatively easy to me. Only difference is probably the tiles themselves and the pallettes. I've not seen much Ruby hacks to be honest...

    Anyway, this looks good so far.
     
    Have youn learned how to change the palletes? You don't need APE.

    The plot is great, but the first town has no exit. Why is that?

    Tile Inserting is the same for both... Relatively easy to me. Only difference is probably the tiles themselves and the pallettes. I've not seen much Ruby hacks to be honest...

    In my eyes its much easyer to insert tiles to Fire Red. The Trees can acctualy fit..
    For ruby you have to chop them in half.. Its kinda annoying if you ask me!
    I like the plot, it has potential to be a great hack.

    At first I tryed to underuse D&P tiles. Im not doing a great job so far.
    D&P tiles are taking over, I added a tree, and the houses.. Too much?

    sounds really good and I know what you mean by you want to do your first hack on your own I'm working on my first hack I cant script so I'm looking for one

    I have tryed scripting, and I seem to be quite good at it. However, I have a script helper ready to help me anytime. My first script was a give pokemon :laugh:


    I will update this as soon as posible. and thanks to Tehx4, who helped me add CSS to the first post .

    Just to let you know this is not dead!
