Pokemon number game

It's simple.
The first person (me) says a Pokemon.
The next one says the number, then says that same number and then something like this: -3 or +6

Example:
Me: Bulbasaur
Someone: number 1! 1+5.
Someone2: 1+5 is 6 so that's Charizard! Now, 6x2.
So on...

Just don't make the number exceed 649.

Do them in the order they are written instead of BIDMAS, should have made that clear, sorry.
