Well, here is the team who you mainly battle. :laugh:

They are said to be tougher than Team Rocket and more smarter than most other teams. This team wants to take over not only the earth but the entire you universe.

Here is a Team Cosmic Male Grunt: (I used TR's body shape, because mine didn't come out right :laugh:)

Jojo! Looks like a mix between a Rocket and one of those gentlemen (because of the... hat?) Weird... for an evil guy... :laugh:

Are you using the same Rocket colour for their outfit? Wouldn't it be nice if you could edit their colour to something else? (Unless you are ok with that colour, or it cannot be edited). Because... It still looks like a Rocket, so perhaps a colour change could make him be a bit different, right?

I have put up a Team Rocket sprite to compare. I don't reckon it is the colour, I reckon it might be the pose he has. I might need to change it and not the colour. I also chose that purple because I thought I would be close to black for the overworld.

I'll try and make a new pose for the sprite and next time I will show it.

Hmm, looks pretty good there man. It's obvious that you're spriting has improved tremendously (and so it should have).

Anywho, I personally think a darker colour will be more suitable for a criminal XDD;

And I think you should repost your screenies back on the first page, just so everyone can see them =]

That was cool... Maybe his right arm is a bit long, so perhaps move it to shorten it a bit. And, about colours, don't worry, I was thinking about a dark blue, but you use the colour you like more, after all it's your hack! ;)

Actually, yes I did use the Magma Grunt's basic body shape, because all of mine were turning out bad, :laugh: but hopefully too many people won't notice and worry too much.

It is darker, it looks blue and looks like he is holding a Masterball. :laugh:

Since I have some kind of psychic powers, I'll guess Escal is a traveller :P Which means, he'll give us hot info, or share stuff, items, etc with us. And, hopefully he'll be a recurring character. Just make sure to add him a nice/funny personality, so we can enjoy every time we see him.

I like the idea... I wonder if he has also battling skills (having a Charmander, I doubt it... jojo! :laugh: Just joking, just joking...)

I do not see the screens for the pic so i geuss there is no progress in this game.

Aha! Your first pokemon drawn from scartch... They weren't that good back then, I always thought they were too simple (trying to avoid a bad word here). I guess all they need is a bit of work in their shading (wow, now I know what "shading" means! O.o)

For exaple, Fuile (wasnt Fulile, or something like that?), is only made of two colours... I don't know how many colours have the pokes in G/S, but I think there were one or two more, so using them to your advantage wouldn't hurt, I think...

I am just showing older screens, the quote below should explain why. There is tons of progress going on with this hack, it is further than many hacks here too. Plasma Red is already up to the 6th Gym.

Yeah, my spriting was bad back then, Amachi told me about shading and adding a light source to the Pokemon. GSC sprites have to be 2 colours, black and white so it can be difficult to do sometimes. Here is a pic of a new Fuille:
