Has anyone been able to purchase a Pokemon Platinum with a working GTS? If so, what is the nine digit code on the back of the game card?

I believe the number CPUENOJ13 is the game identification number. What do you mean working GTS? Either your Wifi works or it doesn't so if it works then GTS works if it doesn't then you can't connected because it requires Wifi.
