4th Gen Pokemon Platinum ROM - underground

I have problem with my pokemon platinum ROM!i play it in emulator at my PC and i ant go undergound!it sys me connection problem and it closes to the begining screen!Does anyone know what to do?
P.S.In diamond and pearl i could go underground without anyproblem!!!

It's because it can't launch wireless connections on a PC.
