How do you saw Pokemon in Plural form? I hear a lot of people say it different ways, like Pokemen, Pokemons, but I just say it Pokemon. How would you say it?
I've seen people call them pokemanz though...
I totally agree. It drives me nutes when people say that. -Cuffs hands to ears-Pokémons or Pokémen sounds a little silly to my ears.
Yeah, Lightning said it all. The anime never says "Pokemons", and Pokemen is just... no.The plural of Pokémon is officially Pokémon. If you pay attention to the games and anime, you'll catch phrases like "There are so many different kinds of Pokémon" and there's your indication.
Anyone who says otherwise is just making fun of Pokémon or is too used to pluralizing with an s at the end. :P
Amen, I hate when people just add S to pluralize a Pokémon's name. <_<; I even catch myself doing it sometimes and I kick myself for it. It just sounds so weird. D: Nothing is any different in the Pokémon series whether it's singular or plural.Yeah, Lightning said it all. The anime never says "Pokemons", and Pokemen is just... no.
Same goes for Pokemon names. There are a lot of Pikachu would be correct, not Pikachus. It would be way too confusing if we did apply all these plural english rules. There would be Azelves. o_o
Pokémon is a proper noun, isn't it ?
