I disagree about the graphics. I have stuck with RPGMaker 2k3 and my games look fine in terms of graphics. If your talking about chipset limits, if your a good mapper, noone will notice.

RM2K3 graphic are slightly worse than RMXP, plus the games progress is fairly deep into creation already. it'd take a while to get everything back to where it was.

I finished the concepts of the main characters (age, names, etc)
But my scanner is not working anymore so I can´t show you guys my drawings of them.
(but soon I´ll fix that:) )

Alex will be the male character (of course you can change the name of them if you want)
Age:15 years old
And Marina will be the female one. (it´s not that marina from crystal)
Age:14 years old.

Also I finished the "all-in-one" pokedex! It is pretty lame that you need one dex, one
cell phone, one navigator, one map, and 1000s of other things in the games, when today you can have
that and a lot more in one cellphone in the real world.
So I named the new device as "Neo Dex", with every thing you need in one single equipment, you will like it!;) And again because of the scanner I can´t show you my drawings of it.:disappoin

And now I want to ask your opinions about these topics:
*Should I introduce armors to the pokemons? Giving to it more cool or agressive looking? (if not, what about use this in the pokemons of the bad guys?)

*Should I set the pokemon that the heroes will get? (ex: Alex will start only with cyndaquil)
notice that with a set team of pokemon the storyline will be 1000 of times better

*Character customization is not that hard to do, actually, is very easy to do. But not with the amount of itens of PBR, but black glasses, jeans, etc, it´s possible! Should I introduce this to the game?

i sounds cool but make it clothes not only armor like you can put a pokemon on special glasses to improve its sight and it wouldn't miss so much and things like that and make it so that you can actually see it not just equip it

I had this idea while I was watching the first movie of pokemon.
Mewtwo was using a armor, so why not use that concept in other pokemon too?
If it´s too "digimon" to fit in a pokemon game, I can use that idea to the main villains, something similar to Colosseum´s "shadow pokémon", you capture/keep it if you like, and let go if you dislike having a armored pokemon.

An idea kind of strange. Still, a good idea, though it makes me remember Medabots.

If you're really doing something about the storyline, you shouldn't change it. If it doesn't matter, make it be choosable)

Good idea. Hardly ever seen in RPGs.

I hope you're progressing with this well. By the way, have you finished the car you said you'd do? I'd be great if we could see it. Is it kind of a futuristic car or a normal one?

that car is really cool you should make versions of it when your done in different colors or is that to much work and what did you mean by more after cars things like trains and planes or more like motorcycles

I´ll put more kind of vehicles in the game such as: magnetic train, maybe a subway, and about a motorcycle, well it´s possible but will take time!

Good games take time.
If Game Freak learn that , their games would be much better

I took the car design, and edited the first frame in MSPaint.
I think it looks pretty decent for paint...
It could be used for the evil teams.

Yes I was going to put it in other colors: black and gray, blue and black, etc.
