    Yes. Initially, you can only put in about 20 Pokemon, but you can deposit more as more Pokemon are come to ranch. There is a current maximum of 1000, but the Platinum upgrade (jp exclusive atm) allows for 1500.

    All it's really useful for is the storage it has. It will take a few days to get a decent amount of storage from that game because it's dumb, but it eventually is a great storage tool.
