    I just got it today for christmas, two questions, do you have to beat all the mission to get the event missions, and when ared the missions available till?
     
    I don't think you have to beat all of the missions just to get to the event missions. I haven't gotten to the last part of the story mode but I was able to take on the events though. There hasn't been a deadline yet for the event missions to end from what I know.
     
    I just got Ranger Signs for Christmas too.

    But i wouldn't know. Maybe after you finish the story mode?
