You can get him on marble city.. hes given by the old man(just explore some houses)

the bad egg is not harmful if you leave it on the pc.. but i don't think you can regain your lucario-m anymore..(unless someone knows how..)

Correction, it's at level 50..

In fact,to make the game more difficult,I make Riolu be able to evolve at Lv50.

My Riolu isn't so happy I guess because it just fainted when battling Eliza. Anyways if its really lv50 I will reach there soon. Oh and Noibat have a back sprite in my game. It evolve by lvl right? Also there is a Dragon pulse in this game?? So that means that phisical/special split is present in Resolute?? If it is then my Noibat will be great since its modest..
