Pokemon Riddles Returns!

Okay the abswer to my first riddle was not Shaymin it was actually Rotom.
1.Easy: Correct it was Dialga.
2. Medium: Correct it was Arbok
3. Hard: Incorrect! It was actually, Mew and Mewtwo.
 
Here are my 3 unsolved ones again... reposting because I'm adding hints. highlight the line below the riddle to see the hints!!

medium:

can't play it on the computer
makes a good february gift
specifically the 14th of february!!

I meant "shocking" quite LITERALLY...

 If you say it's Pikachu I faint. Seriously, I fall right now.
 
It must be Electrode or Electabuzz, the only two Kanto electric pokemon left. I think it's... Electabuzz.

Well I was going to say Lanturn...but that's just johto and not a Kanto pokemon.
 
Elekid's head is like a plug. So you can stuck it in a wall. Odd riddle.
 
Yeah. It's Electabuzz.

The anime reference is episode 120. When Ash and co. meet Casey, the girl obsessed with the Electabuzz baseball team. Two other teams are mentioned, Team Magikarp and Team Starmie. Her starter is Chikorita. And as stated before, Elekid, the pre-evolution of Electabuzz has a head like a plug. Plugs go into walls.

...I really can't believe you had to go through all the Kanto electric types to get that right! I thought it was fairly simple. Guess people here don't really watch the anime. Well for me, I grew up with the anime, and it was one of the only TV shows I even watched back then... Not to mention I happen to have episode 120 on VHS...

Oh geez, VHSs are so old!!!
