Pokemon Riddles Returns!

Very Hard:
The first in line, it has always been me,
Untill a gen4 Pokemon took that place from me,
On my piece of cardboard stands a tree,
I cannot learn HM03,
You spent lots of time before you caught me,
Tell me: What Pokémon could I be?

The only Dragon on 6 Island is Gyarados...No pokes on 6 island sing either idk

Okay let me try at that one...Okay Cant learn HM03(Which doesnt narrow it down alot), Could not evovle until Gen4(Narrows it down to Lickitung,Nosepass,Aipom,Murkrow,Mr.Mime,Snorlax(Who does learn surf),Mantine,Sneasal,Tangela,Yanma, and Gliagar,if im not missing anything......Piece of Cardboard....thats what is throwing me off.....Am i in the right direction?

because we annoy the peoplewho are always impatient.
Normally, we are kept as pets
but the gamers seem to see us as pests
Each of us evolves once
and we try to steal your frickin lunch
So now, with sighs opposite of Glee,
Can you please tell us,WHO ARE WE!?
 
With "first in line" I didn't mean evolution and stuff, not even close to that.

That would be Rattata, Sentret (which I personal always use), Zigzagoon, and Bidoof

@pizzakoe Can you PM me the answer before my head explodes? and just to be clear the cardboard thing is the Pokemon Trading Card right?

correct.and imnot a BIG fan of the cards but im guessing its of grass bug or posion types right? that being said i would say yanma..

yours is pretty tough but the only one i can think of is Rayquaza or Mewtwo.

I am the biggest thing in the skies.
I feel as if Chimchar and its evolutions would attack me frrom under my chin.It is for that simple reason that i fly away.Oh! may i also say i could be one of the few breeds who's weakness is also its strength?Who am i?
